actually i was saying exactly what i meant to say. you are the one coming up with things that have no meaning in this.

the op either believes in her faith or she doesn't. nothing we say should influence her choices. either she believes she will go to hell or she doesn't.

bringing rapests, peodos and the holocost into this is just plain nonscence. either her god made her the way she is, or he didn't. either way it's up to her to make her own choices, and then justify that within her own religion.

I don't know anything about Baptists. I'm an atheist. I don't believe in hell. What does your religion teach? If forced to make a choice, would you choose your religion or your sexuality?

Not exactly.

Either:
- her God made her this way, and therefore it's okay.
- her God made her as a blank slate to be filled in by experiences, her experiences made her this way, and that's either cool or not with her God.
- her God made her a different way, but Satan corrupted her to become this way, and God's not cool with that.
- her God got uninvolved with making her every since Eve ate the apple, and her wicked BDSM desires stem from the original sin, which God isn't cool with
- her God made her in a way that has got nothing to do with this, and he doesn't care about her enjoying spankings, as long as she only has sex with her husband, and only for procreation

I could keep going...

So while the matter is a lot more complex that "God did(n't) do it", I do feel we agree on the fact that she's the only one who can decide on what exactly she believes God feels about this whole thing...

To the OP.

I'm a Christian, and yes, I've had several issues...that I managed to resolve.

Last I heard, my sister thought I was going to Hell because:
1) I like Harry Potter
2) I like Pokemon
3) I enjoy BDSM (kink)
4) I'm in a female led relationship

The only one I have to worry about is God...my sister and her church are not the judge of who belongs to Him and who doesn't. (Thank God.)

There are 10 commandments to live by.

"And God spoke all these words, saying: 'I am the LORD your God…

SEVEN: 'You shall not commit adultery.'

Tell that to your friend. If you beleive in God, unless you are violating those commandments, I dont see where BDSM or this site is a violation. Its all about ONES CHOICES and INDIVIDUAL actions.

Those are Old Testament commandments. They no longer apply, especially the adultery commandment, which is characteristic for circumcising populations.

I've heard obsession about circumcision is more common among uncircumcising populations.

Nope. I used to excel in biology and I have concluded that circumcision harms the gene pool and has many other bad effects on circumcising populations, like causing a lack of innate ethics.
