The truth of the matter is that more trans* people get assaulted for using the "wrong" restroom than any cis-gendered person EVER, has EVER, been assaulted in a public bathroom by anyone who actually identifies as trans.

While I dislike this theory in general, (see my above comment about humans and sub-humans) this is damn difficult.
I can tell you as a cis-gendered woman, I'm not running how many levels of a mall to find the proper place to pee. My need to urinate is not determined by what bits I was born with. If I gotta go, I gotta go.
And, what will you say when your taxes go up in your government buildings because we have to implement these 'third' toilets? When the prices go up because the small business owner has to hire plumbers and contractors to install additional facilities? Are you willing to pay more for the food you buy, the clothes you shop for????

If I go to use a restroom, I'm just plain going to take longer. Even just unzipping my pants, pulling them down, squatting, relieving myself, wipe, pull my garments back up... I'm just plain going to take longer. (We won't even discuss the additional time required if I have to deal with feminine products.) It's not the same as a urinal.

Do you even know how shady the North Carolina legislature was about this? The state took away the will of the cities and counties. They dick slammed in 'special session'. That bill was on the floor and passed in less than a day.
HB2 is the shame of North Carolina.
