I admit that it is because Joss does not put up with BS from them- and does not dumb down or change his shows. Buffy, and Angel were also awesome shows. "Once More with Feeling" of Buffy- season 6 ep 2 rocked- I have the sound track and often sing the songs. LOL Loaded it on my MP3 player.

Yeah I knew that ... but that still doesn't explain how they managed to "lose" it. Or are you saying they don't like him so they don't promote his stuff?

I admit that I liked Buffy's Fluff Factor- cute and funny- and Angel? Dark broody- tortured dark hero? YUM! Much better then sparklie hanging out with teenagers "vamps" TYVFM

Joss has a way of rubbing execs the wrong way- He wll willing to tell them to sod off. *shrugs* They arent used to that- so they just canceled his shows. *sighs* Bastages.

I admit it's 4:30am and I am already up and dressed for work.

I admit I'll get off of my first job at 7:30, home by 8 or 8:15.

I admit I then have time for a short nap before heading to my second job, which runs from 10:30 to 7.

I admit health care workers are not entirely sane.

I admit I splurged spending some of tax return on myself.
I admit I got my nails and pedi done for the first time in well over a year.
I admit I got new music so I can jam out and freak out my um by being a cool mom. - and sing sing sing!
I admit that for the first time in a long time I felt like the old me- the me I was before the newest um- before the newest ex- before a lot of joy, and a lot of pain.
I admit that I am torn between a pervy weekend that I had planned- and my friend who wants me to help her with her new horse. Friend is winning out, but damn it- pervy fun!
I admit I miss being touched and touching. Even the mani/pedi was wonderful today. It was the first time someone outside of my ums has touched me in months.
I admit I fear I will fuck things up- or I will chose badly- again.
I admit I fear I will not chose at all.
I admit I feel better in my skin then I have in a long long time.
I admit I feel free now- and able to breathe.
I admit that Karma is a real bitch and a humbling thing to experiance first hand and know it is whacking the shit out of you for your past transgressions.

It wasn't so much the premise of Angel I didn't like (although obviously, as a hetero male, the central character did nothing for me), more that the storylines weren't great (not terrible, you understand, just pretty samey) and the acting was mostly dire.

Indeed - I could cheerfully strangle whoever decided to kill Firefly. I think that's why so much of his stuff is so good - he doesn't allow it to be moulded into the same homogenised "product" as the studio execs would like him to, and that they seem to with almost every show on TV.

I admit that, despite leaving an hour early, there was nightmare traffic on the roads (several accidents and some roadworks) so I've had to cancel and re-book my bloody appointment for next week.

I admit this has left me feeling somewhat miffed.

again....

about my Dad.

not really in a good way, but not in a horrible way, either.

I admit I think that accepting his ... actions??.. is getting easier with time

I admit I think that this is because I can do nothing to change them now, and he ws the one to make his choices.

I admit that I am ok with being angry at him even so.

I admti I think I would be more angry with myself if I didnt accept this, and make peace with myself.

I admit I'm not sure if that made sense.. I'm still a bit weepy./

It's ok to be angry, but it's also ok to say "enough with the unfulfilled wishes" and just draw a line under it.

I admit I am sooooo thankfful for everyone here and their support.

I admit he texted me last night again at midnight, right as I had almost cried myself to sleep.

I admit he said "I don't want you to hurt but I can't make that go away either" and "Possible maybe but I need a break. And a break would probably be good for you too. Now get some sleep. Good nite"

I admit this gave me a HUGE WTF moment and my return texts were possibly not pleasant, or readable. They possibly were things that would make one need therapy...

I admit nowhere in my mind does "Its over" translate to "I dont want you to hurt...." or "Possible maybe but I need a break...."

I admit I think I was right about the running.... and now he's rethinking his running and wants to make sure he can still come back, that he hasn't burned that bridge.

I admit Monster 1 goes to his sperm donor's tonight and I can't wait for the alone time but I am also dreading it because I know I will spend it being miserable. And wanting to go find him! And Shake him! And scream not nice things at him! And...
