Good evening all [:)]... how's it going? The weather here is not pleasant - too much humidity, false promises of rain but lots of clouds, a wannabe breeze, and gas is 108.4/litre ($4.10/gallon) regular unleaded. [sm=sodoff.gif]

Back from the store, and now Rich will work wonders with a Tri-Tip on the grill. Hmmmmmmmmmmm Tri-Tip. Mikal - wherever you live, I cannot afford to go there. I mean to get there would be fine, but it would cost to much money to leave there, when I have to fill up the tank to do so. Gas is $3.55 a gallon here.

CA gas is always at the high end on price. What gets me is that when you cross the border into Oregon, not only does the gas cost less, it seems to be better quality and somebody pumps it for you.

It's a really nice cut of beef for the grill. A local restaraunt (that winds up being our kitchen fairly often) does a sandwich from it with melted cheddar and hickory bbq sauce. Mmmmmmm.... bbq sauce. add: It comes with a wide strip of fat unless you buy it trimmed. The meat is pretty lean though if that is something you need to watch.
