you can refer anything. my emotional self is blocked by a hard wall that was erected after a lot of ppl made funny of me in elementry and middle school. so it is okay to make fun of me.

don't you think that i already know that. that some subs i have attempted to court was really turned off by it.

hun i know i was just playing with her mind and besides i don't intend to make gross generalizations, it just comes out that way. i am actually really intelligent. and i like to throw what ppl say back in the face. it reminds me of the days when i fought with my dad.

Subs have been turned off by that? Interesting. I can't say it turns me on or off, but everyone has their quirks. I can't stand it when men say "sweet" too much, which is odd because I use the phrase myself.

True, but I'm not sure it's a generalization as much as it is playing the odds. Someone who was a switch and realized they don't actually like it and becomes a full dominant probably doesn't fully understand the POV of a submissive, just I don't understand the POV of a switch or dominant even though I've tried my hand at the roles a bit.

i know slaves know what they are thinking just by looking in their eyes, i actually can stand in their shoes. but those are the ones i train you are right i can't see the point of view of all submissives. so sorry for making the generalization.

I'm not sure why I do this. I guess I'm just curious. But every so often, I click on one of those scrolling recent forum posts and check this place out. I usually find myself wasting 10 minutes or so reading a few pages of poorly written bickering about something I don't even care about before I catch myself and close the window. I suppose it's the drama that intrigues me. Actually, the spelling mistakes are quite entertaining at times. :p (The word "elegal" comes to mind.)

Anyway, such is the case tonight, but this time, I decided to put in my two cents...well, ok, maybe a buck or two, off-topic as it may be.

This guy rubs me the wrong way, as do a lot of people on these forums (which is what triggers the reaction of closing the window), so I'd like to try taking him down a notch. However, I'm sure this won't phase him in the least, but at least I'll feel a little better. :)

When people say that, or, in this case, write that, they're doing the exact opposite. Saying "I am not even going to dignify that with a response" IS a response, and thus "dignifies" whatever "that" is. Ironic, isn't it? That's almost as bad as saying "I could care less" instead of "I couldn't care less."

Call me a "grammar nazi" if you will, but the English language is screwy enough when used correctly, so it really annoys me to see it butchered so often (another reason I don't like to hang around on message boards)...unless it's funny. Oddly enough, I majored in math in college and hated English classes.

Many issues to discuss, like:
* Suitable jurisdiction for hosting.
* Whether to go by market value or do bidding (pun intended).
* Should service be listable, or only slaves themselves?
* How about renting and leasing?
* Money ... does it change hands, and can it, even?
