Wow this was an old thread. After a year I would just start my own thread.

But I would recommend Xtube. It’s not a fisting site but it has videos and pics of just about anything.

Master and i have tried twice and i could barely take 3 fingers and trust me i was in the mood and he has alottttttt of experience in fisting, both vaginal and anal. I guess practice practice practice. It is something i want to do, like one of my friend, the orgasm is out of this world.

It doesn't have to be painful at all. It's really an exercise in trust and letting go for the recipient. Either vagina or anus will stretch to accomodate a hand. As BoiJen said in one thread, "with enough lube and patience you can back a semi into a mailbox" and that is pretty much true.

Childbirth, abdominal surgeries, obesity, hormone deficiency, smoking, and probably a bunch of other things can weaken or damage those ligaments, then prolapses can happen. Having regular annual OB/GYN checkups is A Good Thing as they will tend to detect this sort of problem. And of course, if you have bits of organ turned inside out and protruding places they don't belong, CALL YOUR DOCTOR!
