Quick Reply: 6 days a week, twice a day. In the mornings I run 3 days with a day in between and try to walk the other 3 days. In the afternoon/evenings I do weights or crunches/push-ups/lunges etc. I have a bad habit though, that if I am not feeling in the mod then I might not go, which is one reason I plan to go so much, to make up for the days I don't make it. Out of my schedule I probably make 3/4's of the trips.
