I think that happens in the beginning but the more you run the smaller and tighter they should become. you would get a pump after working them {running} but I think they would be more soft than hard but after it becomes more working muscle rather than pumped up muscle it will be smaller, lol Im sure there is better terminology for it but thats the best I can do tonight

Quick Reply:

6 days a week, twice a day.

In the mornings I run 3 days with a day in between and try to walk the other 3 days.

In the afternoon/evenings I do weights or crunches/push-ups/lunges etc.

I have a bad habit though, that if I am not feeling in the mod then I might not go, which is one reason I plan to go so much, to make up for the days I don't make it. Out of my schedule I probably make 3/4's of the trips.

I do 2 hours on my exercise bike about 3 - 4 times a week.  Out goes about 1,000 calories everytime and it's really easy with this new bike I got :)

For the past 8 days I've had to chill on the bike though, I got some wicked stomach bug and have been planted on the toilet and my bed lol.  But I'm finally getting better! :)

I can't say I'm constant with it though I try to be. I do about two hours a day of Tribal Fusion Belly Yoga and Bellydancing. I run and do sit-ups/crunches and push-ups when I find a chance. When I was part of 24 Hour Fitness, I attended the "dancing" classes. Thinking of taking up Ballroom dancing. Great workouts that are fun too is the route I like to take.

just do 20 minutes a day on the recumbant bike right now, looking to start with weights again soon. problem is i got rid of my bench a year ago :/ also thinking of taking judo or boxing or something along those lines. judo seems more fun, but boxing is a pretty hellacious workout.
