i'm not sure what you are talking about, but the list i was just given by a poster a few posts up says 18 for girls to legally have sex. So i don't know what i have to bone up on.

Read it again.........and let me know if you see the age 16 ANYWHERE in their verbiage.  I would dig up a link for you myself but don't feel like wasting my time tonight.  I have the feeling you will believe what you will believe no matter what.  I just want to know where the law degree came from that spanns Canada, the US, etc...I wanna go get me one of them!!!

You're incorrect about the law and about what that site says which is 16/18, however, I cannot explain it here and AGAIN this topic is really not part of the thread or probably even in line with the TOS so please stop.

I think the question has been formed a little bit wrong. As an example, control over financies of the slave does not (necessarily) mean the slave will not learn how to handle money. It can also mean that the master takes control by designing family financies and forces the submissive to implement the design. Or it can even mean that the master forces the submissive to learn, plan, and make a design for herself, to be approved or modified by the master (and then implemented).

Perhaps the OP has slightly narrow view of what can be satisfying dominance.

To answer the question from another angle. Yes, I consider these issues and personal growth of the submissive, when I decide what to do. I do it, because it satisfies the nurturing need in me, because it is right, and because I find I can get much more things and satisfaction out of a submissive who can do more for me.

it says 16.18 the 16 refers to the boy. The 18 refers tro the girl. It says it right on top. That is why there are two ages listed.

do you actually believe the crime is only for one sex or the other?  It has nothing to do with "girl" and "boy" BUT again, this is inappropriate for this thread, however the 16/18 designation is that under 16 is the victim over 18 is the actor.   The reason is to exclude consentual teenage intercourse (or quite a bit of it) that is age appropriate from criminal activity.

As used in this section, "sexual activity" means oral, anal, or vaginal penetration by, or union with, the sexual organ of another; however, sexual activity does not include an act done for a bona fide medical purpose.

AS a owner of younger slaves,the first thing Diane and I do is to make sure they understand the future must be taken care of and like another post in this thread half is put into either a money market fund or bonds and the remaining is deposited into a checking account in their name only...In addition they make a contribution to the house fund as well..,I  check their checking account at the end of the month plus credit cards..Any large expenditure must be cleared with us.Education is a must,we usually look for one with their degree or make sure they get into school near here to finish up....this is a small part of growth..they must put this education to work as Diane and I are blue collar and have worked very hard for all we have today...
    How do they grow unless the are given an opportunity to experience failure ,failure is the greatest teacher of all.
  This is just scratching of the surface the many steps we take to finish property into the polished jewel...bounty

Thanks for printing that. it is exactly what i said many posts ago that it is illegal in florida to have sex with a girl under 18. i said that before i was sent the list and i was sent the list because of a question i asked about New York Laws. Not Florida.

You are so busy trying to make  me look bad that you don't see that i was only referring to a girl this entire thread. Due to a conversation i was having with one of the posters. But i'm sure that you read every single post and already knew that. So you are repremanding me for something i wasn't even talking about or reffering to.

Yumm, we both have enough that I think if we got close enough, we could each rest on the others boobage....and believe it or not, (this is the truth, I swear) I have a bit more nog left in the fridge and just poured some with a bit of rum in it.....want to come share boobage and nog??????[;)]

and there we have the law.  I would comment that the 24 or greater age is merely for the enhanced crminal penalties.  The law is in fact under 16/ over 18 although there are actually enhanced crimes for 12-16 as well.

Honestly no one has to "make" you look bad.  You're doing that all on your own.  You stated above the age of consent in florida was 18, I was correcting you on that as it is incorrect.  It's really not a conspiracy, as many here know, I work with the law and make statements about it often here.  When you imply a poster that I and most have immense respect for is a felon, I think you pretty much lay your own bed.   But you know what?  THIS thread isn't about your personal dramafest, so let it go.
