I agree that a 40 year old should not pick on a younger person. Damm punks.

Dnomyar, if you should ever leave these boards, they will suck just a little more.

did you notice how many people said that in this thread?
Every one finds his or her life more hard then the other, saying it gave them more experience then the other. (not saying in this case it is not true).
Guess it is human to have the need to be better then others. No matter what age

Possibly but who knows. "Classical" works are being put aside somewhat in favor of the new styles of art, such as the piss cross, and for rediscovered works by minority artists. And in reality, that's probably a good thing. The dead white men have had a great run, but it's time to look at something else as well.

If you said Da Vinci, I'd probably agree without hesitation but there is a huge change going on in what is being put in museums. The opinion we share is evidently in the minority.

Napoleon was a general at 26, and Alexander began his conquest of the Persian empire at 22. Granted such men are rare. However, controlling a single submissive is a bit easier than conquering large sections of the world.

So true, but well..let us not compare ourself with the great ones.
Most leaders in the world are older people....  not saying why..else we will have lots of more pages
(but we know they can mess up a lott too)

Looking back, I had my first D/ relationship was when I was 17 with my, then, boyfriend of 21.  I had no idea, then, that it had the dynamics of a D/s / BDSM  relationship - but looking back (with the knowledge I have now) it was BDSM - control / humiliation / discipline - all the dynamics were there  -we just didn't know it had a name.

Are you reading the same quote?  Jesus Christ, where the hell do you get that I'm trying to piss and moan that I've had the hardest life ever, or trying to be better than everyone else?

Reading comprehension skills, people!  Let's go!  Should have learned this in high school!

Yes, I keep popping by it as the pages add.  Haven't really changed My opinion, though, so I haven't added anything to it.

Sorry, but no.  See, I've been 21 before.  I much prefer the skill and experience of now.

Hey.  Look there.  Something worth adding.

-fast reply-

This thread has been going on forever.

My honest opinion is simply this. What the fuck does age have to do with it? Some men are naturally skilled as leaders, and or dominants. If a young man has been groomed to be a dominant or a leader by his elders he will excel much sooner than the rest of the males that have not. The sad fact is it is less common in the society at this time simply because of social conditioning, it is not however unrealistic to assume that a rather young man can have the ability to be a dominant a spectacular. But even like an old dominant, he will have much to learn as he goes. Like is the case for many men, leadership or the quest for such is programmed into his DNA. A well placed degree of early mentoring will insure an epedited maturity in many cases. I'm guessing that Charles, The Duke of Windsor has been groomed from an early age to be the King. He would have been a King had his mother not been such a healthy Queen. The age would have had little to do with it. He has been trained to be a King no matter the corrrination date.

How good a young man will be at domination is in his own hands, if it matters to him, he could be as good as he allows himself to be.

And people, stop using examples of man from ancient history, hell, they didn't live very long in thise days even if they were considered to be of good health. 22 for Alexander might have been like 44 today. Take the Spartans, they groomed chosen boys to be warriors ahead of all else from the time of their birth. They most likely were kicking ass at age 14 or perhaps in some cases sooner.

yes exactly, you are wise, now use it. See that is the example I gave before. Critic, the youth hardly handles.
And as I stated, I was not different at 20. But we change.
Every younger one in this thread get pissed if the opinion doesn't fit him or her.
You proved that yourself.

If you want to talk about my level of education, you can pm me..I tell you what I am and about my title in front of my name  ;)

btw  when we are talking about "reading skills" . Why do you get angry about one post ? I f you had read allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll my other in this thread, you would have known more about my opinion. But you popped in at the end, not? You can't understand a book, by reading the last page.

I still think you're rather self-righteous, arrogant, and only here to play devil's advocate.

...Tell me why we aren't best friends yet?

well I admit I like to tease :P  ( I love the reactions)

but I am not afraid to say I am right also in some cases...because I was 21 too. And I hated when peopel said I am just a boy and shouldn't act liek I know all. I am sure I wasn't stupid then, just didn't know all. (but I know also they were right in some cases)

haha who says we are not friends..I have these discussions often with my friends (propably explain why I have just 3 best friends..lol)

I never admit to knowing everything just for that reason.  Do I know more than the average 20-year-old?  I'd like to think so.  I made the majority of my stupid mistakes early on in life so that I could realize "Oh hey, I probably shouldn't do this" and actually live to see my 21st birthday.

I see so many people my age where all they care about is drinking, partying, and doing drugs, and they think that's all there is to life.  Those people I would not trust enough to let them put a collar on anyone.  I've always thought that in order to be in control of another, you first have to be in control of yourself, and stumbling down a sidewalk at 2 a.m. piss drunk is not a good way to do that.

And yeah, I do this with the few friends that I do have as well... but it's about quality, not quantity, so hey, celebrate those three!  Or in my case... two.  Unless we count my cat, then three.
