Well I cannot outright answer yes to this question, I can say that with enough time, dedication, and patience, one can learn enough to make a woman smile regularly.

you should stay out of things you know nothing about. I wasnt referring to this thread. But another thread that this idea and question was born out of. As far as not using my ears because I make posts as the OP and give opinions and tell people I appreciate their point of view without arguing?

So because you post, does that mean you are not listening? You seem to be more mouth than ears yourself. you certainly seem to have your POV without any room for change?

Stay out of what??? I don't have a dog in this fight.  I was making a observation that it appears for someone to make statement about wanting to learn and then talking more than listening is a contradiction in terms.  Me on the other hand never said I was here to learn furthermore I find it real interesting how your attempting to put this on me.  Like your posts are my fault.

Thank you so much. You have truly demonstated your point that men know everything and woman know nothing.

Sailingbum, I have no doubts you are more than capable of fending for your own accord but I just had to say something. So forgive my intrusion and I will digress.

You have attacked several of the responseders that have posted to your forum. It does appear that you have come into asking this question to receive an answer that fits your needs and anythign not molded to this idea, just gets outright ignored and or blasted as blasphemy or some other equally nasty preconception. It occurs to me that if you want answers you might try hearing what said before you post your own thread by reading where it has surely been covered before. This is by no imagination, original or not well explored material.

As for the rest... Thank you for making this site what it is and continue being yourselves at all cost.

If you had seen his posts, I had said I appreciated all the posts and was here to learn. He said that I was making too many posts to be here to learn. He commented on having to shut my mouth and listen. This was very insulting, especially since I had commented to many about their POV. Plus the fact that this thread has been around for 11 days. To suggest that I am unable to learn something because I make numerous responses as the OP, well that was just rude. So, If you are interested in what I have learned by all means ask. What I defend myself on is people making assumptions about me and attacks on me personally without knowing me or bothering to read the postings from the beginning.

I appreciate allthe posts. I appreciate all views. But excuse me what does football and T and A have anything to do with agreeing or understanding women. I would be appreciative of your ideas.

Actually lusiouslips, I think it goes to further the Opposite point that as much as Men do not understand women, women do not understand men anymore.

I suggest we all read Men are from Mars Women are from Venus and then try this thread again.

From 11 days of this post I have come to the conclusion that there is no consensus. Some feel they know women, some do not. Some think they no everything but have no clue. Some think they know nothing but are really insightful. If we communicate and respect one another, then complete understanding is not the most important thing. If you have a partner that wants to make you happy and cares about your feelings, that is the most important thing. The fact that we get to a destination from different avenues makes the destination more exciting. I think that bringing diffferent things to the table is good.

In chinese theory we have Yin(female) energy and Yang(male) yang is the sunny side of the mountain and the controller. Yin is the shady side of the mountain and the creation. Yin is earth, yang is heaven. But the most important aspect of this is that they are interdependant and can not exist without the other.

Terrible, terrible book.  If people take their understandng from this classic - no wonder the world is as it is.

okay, here is my mode of thought at the moment:  if  women love chocolate and men love sex, why not just have a big messy chocolate/sex rampage?  that might actually help in the understanding department?  at least for a little while?  ok, nevermind, it probably wouldn't work but it does sound like fun huh?

I kinda prefer hot chocolate sauce, drizzled over various feminine parts, myself.

Jeffff, why limit it to just one part of you?  just think of the wonderful possibilities!  oh hell i am!  i might just put down my bag of spicy pork rinds for a while hehe.

hot chocolate sauce...now that could be fun...

i think the chocolate thing would work!  all kinds of different places to lick and oh....erm, well...in this case i think the mind would follow the body into understanding...
