There is only one thing you can do at this point....let her lay low. Blackmailing her would not do anything but create more issues later IF she actually stuck with you.
Her submission to you has to be of her own freewill. I would talk with her and find out exactly why she feels the need to lay low, does she feel a danger? is there a custody issue? does she fear it will be twisted into more than it is in court? Waaaayyyy too many factors and not enough facts. But no matter what, blackmail is definitely NOT the way to go regardless of the situation.

Background:
I have been considering a "very good" married sub for the last month or so that enjoys similar areas as I do, even some darker ones too. They are some of the reasons I decided to consider her as My sub in the first place. she has just recently told Me that she is getting a divorce and has to "lay low" until she can get on her feet and then be able to resume her consideration. I feel for her situation and the pain she is going to experience.
Question:
I am in a position that would allow Me to use her situation to My advantage. I want to know Your opinion on whether or not to as to what would You do, threaten her with telling her husband so she will do everything I say and more or let the opportunity slip by and possibly lose her for good? Some will think that I am a total bastard for thinking of being so cruel and some would relish to be in My shoes. That's why I ask here and am curious to see what everyone has to say. If you want more details to help with an answer, just pm Me and I will get back to you.
Sure fuck up her life. Thats going to make her love you all the more and do anything you want.
What the hell......schmuck.

If she is that good for you, why the hell can't you wait until her diviorce is final? Are you that damn impatient? Good things come to those who wait. "nuff said.

He disses the girls to make them cry
When they block him he knows not why

All he shows is he’s one sad bastard
His days may be short to post on the boards
He’s only to blame for his thoughts and his words

ya' know...If you have to ask: DONT!!!
falls under the same catagory as "If  I cast a love spell will I ever know if they truly love me?"

D's are not an illegal activity because the parties involved are willing participants. Blackmail not only has serious ethical issues but its also illegal and should be frowned upon by the D's community. However, I do not agree with the posters that are chastising the person who started this thread and asked a question. Isn’t it what this forum is about? seeking advise from experienced people? Yes, sometimes the questions can be a bit alarming. But that changes nothing to the purpose of this forum.

Criminal activity goes on every second of the day somewhere. Maybe there would be less of that undesired activity if the general population was more tolerant in receiving questions or talking about these things. In my opinion, we should welcome an opportunity to chime in on something like this while the event is in the planning stages and not after its been executed. For that to happen , we must welcome the questions and not crucify the person asking.

Its ok if you want to chastise me. I’m not asking a question. I’m submitting a facade that I have a clue. I’m fair game. LOL

yes that is the forum about. People can ask everything and people can respond in every way.
we are not here...to please people only. Soemtimes you might hear things that you don't want to hear, but it might waken up others.
And people are free to do what they want with the answers, of course.

yes lets talk about rape and murder..so it gets more widely accepted.

I dont know how you translated my post into meaning I think we should "more widely accept" criminal behavior? Perhaps what seemed clear to me in my thoughts wasnt so clear as I wrote it. I'll rephrase; I think communication is critical in pre-empting criminal behavior. I feel this forum is a good place for people who are confused about what is right or wrong to ask a question and get feed back that could prevent criminal behavior or even save someone from serious injury. I think that unnecessary derogatory criticism about a question is counter productive and makes people not want to ask questions in the future. So, in my opinion, bashing question writers because you may be appalled by their question could actually do a lot of harm by deterring future questions. Thereby inhibiting the forums opportunity to pre-empt criminal or undesirable behavior. I do understand that some people use their key boards to bash people that they would never do in the real world because of real world inferiority issues. But cant we exercise our inferiority complexes on a different forum where it doe less damage?

It would be wrong for me to continue this line of posting on this thread as it will begin to change the intent of the thread. So i will leave it there. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to post my thoughts on this matter.
