Time bandits? I have to wonder how anyone can steal something you do not freely offer up for them to take?

The amount of time I spend online is directly controlled by me. The amount of time I spend communicating with any one person online is also directly controlled by me.

While each person I have spent time with communicating online did not turn out to be the person I had initially hoped, I believe I got something positive from each one. Even if it was a lesson learned.

Online as in the rest of my life I believe that people only treat me as I allow them to. In plain crude english "fuck me over once...... shame on you, fuck me over twice.......shame on me.

If anyone is actively looking for a SO, submissive, slave via the internet and wastes alot of time sitting online instead of out in the physical world...........chances are they are going to get alot of the same. People that refuse to get off their arses and live a physical life. Seems pretty simple.

Now for the snarky fellow that looks like Joe Perry in a Disney costume. Less negative, arrogant, petulance might give your insights more creedence. However, I am not sure you really want that. You remind me alot of a past member, BoOb. He also liked to write longwinded "words of wisdom" then  got his panties in a bunch when no one took him seriously because of his fat head.

thanks for the spell check. Mind you, if I spell checked everything -- with the speed that I type and the multi-tasking I do, I'd never get anything published. I beg to ask -- is there any benefit to what you did? I am still not going to obsess over typos...

I am NOT responding to any of your posts

It's just a guess, but I don't think you have the emotional control to follow through on that order you just gave yourself.

My posting style may be nasty and foul, but today is the first day I've ever been tempted to use that popcorn icon.

And all this finger pointing.. it's called projection. The victimized person rationizes their abuse and then goes about pointing out all their own flaws as evident in others. I'd say you were abused at some time in your past... but you seem to want to keep speading the love... don't you...

I really adore the hypocrisy in this. Thank you for the snort laughter that shot water up into my sinuses, effectively giving them a power washing.

You write intellligently, but that is where it endsm honeybuns.

The post is for people who are having issues with time bandits. You claim you overcame this problem. Wonderful. We're proud of you. If it were me, I'd read the post, shrug, think to myself  'been there done that' and go find a more challenging thread. And I have seen your style in other threads. You enter threads swinging your paddles with judgemental DRIVEL.

WHO CARES what you think if it's always negative? (It must really suck to be you.)

"Honeybuns" and her "drivel" have helped a number of people here, I'd wager.

I see you too are not getting this meaning of the post.

I don't ask everyone to agree witih what I wrote. And I say if the shoe fits wear it.

And so many people in this thread do NOT have any issue with what was posted; hence, they GET it does not reflect on them personally.

But last I checked, the proper way to debate an issue is to ASK questions that clarify the understanding of the statement and then ask questions designed to debunk or challenge the statements. That's the proper way that was not only part of my training in communications, but part of what my mentors taught me in being involved in D/s.

It seems half the people with issues of self-importance, come in and swing their bats. My style is give them a dose of their own medicine. Maybe they are masochists and that is what they secretly desire? Who knows!

Again, I question YOUR intentions because your response only accounts for half the story. And if you find this all childish, why even respond?

Contradictions are leaking out all over your post. LOL I say to you what I have said to a few others in here. "The pot is calling the kettle black."

If I hadn't just driveled, oops.....drooled......all over your honeybuns I would say "bitch".

Plus, it's just too gorgeous an afternoon out here on my patio, to be mean. Much. (eyeing the guy in the prince charming costume and my algae filled horse water tank I need to clean.......)

Heh good one.

At the end of the day, this entire thread consists of: someone giving rather arrogant, generalized advice and then pouting when people disagree with him.

OP: I'm sorry that your life is so empty and unfulfilling that you have to spend copious amounts of time online getting disproportionately angry at people who are turned off by your desperate insistence on immediate phone calls and customized photos. I'm also sorry that you appear to suffer from some sort of delusions that make you think you are a psychologist who attracts large amounts of women. I hope you find the right medication. Hang in there.

By the way, nice profile pic.

I noticed we have three types of people responding to these posts.

But what no one is looking at is that there are way more people coming to this thread, reading and then leaving without any comment. The majority are the silent ones! Does not anyone see the wisdom of these silent ones??

I do!

If you look at every post in here, you would see that I have a unique response to every person who posted something. That's a lot of typing!

Unfortunately, a small few responded to the main post ON TOPIC.

Just as the others in here who are missing the point of the post, I am sorry to say this post is NOT about you.. And last I checked there are two ways to disagree with a post. The nice way and the condescending way. Last I checked, there is nothing socially wrong with giving someone back what they are dishing out. The question is..when does it stop being amusing?

So, which one are you? (Remember, you have to live with yourself.. LOL  I surely don't!)

Your first post advised that someone is wasting your time if they don't want to give you their phone number "fairly quickly". I'm telling you that your advice is stupid and generalized, and if followed, will do more harm than good. Not to mention, it's arrogant to the extreme.

This is puzzling.  Perhaps you care to expand the concept, are you a member of The Silent Majority? (I thought that was so over.)

I see it as the silence of the lambs.

Time will make fools of us all, some are more efficient at seeing the culmination of this work through,  than the others.
