I guess my main beef goes like this.

Let's say a guy claims to be a roofer. But he has never so much as touched a shingle.

But he posts he's a roofer anyhow. Someone goes through the profiles looking for someone to work on thier roof. The fake gets his back up, and begins to pull some crap about how "Oh, a roofer really means "this" (insert bullshit excuse)

We would not put up with the lack of experience in contracting-that claims otherwise-why should we do the same HERE?

So in the Daily Om today, this timely excerpt:

August 1, 2008
Taking The Risk
Permission To Be Real

Most of us are familiar with the idea of keeping it real and have an intuitive sense about what that means. People who keep it real don’t hide behind a mask to keep themselves safe from their fear of how they might be perceived. They don’t present a false self in order to appear more perfect, more powerful, or more independent. People who keep it real present themselves as they truly are, the good parts and the parts most of us would rather hide, sharing their full selves with the people who are lucky enough to know them.

I try to live that way-but it doesn't stop me from working towards a future vision.

You have to know yourself pretty well-and push harder when you feel tired or lazy.

Being "real" is also about recognizing when one is doing the best xhe can, and being cool with knowing that one is living as honestly as xhe's able to figure out at the time. As time passes, if one stays aware, there will probably be places where that self-honesty can improve... but that's a job for another day.

i have just asked to be released. i have done this publicly on my profile. flame me if you will. It may bot be the preferred protocol. Howvere it was made public that i was the found one and loved and that was stated publicly on the Master's profile.
I was humilaited behind the scenes by what i consider to be a lie and a profound lie at that.
I am not allowing a past pattern of lies to repeat themselves again in my life.
So: my rofile once again states the qualities i bring to the table and i remain, in the hope that i will truly find One of integrity.

For me terms are tools to help with communicating. But terms alone are not enough - there are as many ways to interpert the terms as there are people. So learning to listen what the terms mean to others is just as important. "Master", "Dominant", "Sswitch","submissive", "slave" do still exclude alot as categories. As do hetero-, bi- and homo-sexual, for instance.

Stupid little 20 year old girls who just come on here to yank people's chains dude.

i just love Collarme for its entertainment value just in case you thought i had no sense of humour and would find your comment offensive.
Edited to add: i can also give head, say thank you Master and laugh all at the same time.......

Who the fuck can be a slave with no real life experience-do you get that with ten cheerios box tops and a five dollar shipping and handling charge? At least you HAVE been under someone's hand for real.

To get experience for a slave does not necessarily have to involve sex or D/s does it? One does not suddenly become a slave as an adult? What about always being the obedient child - always putting others in front of themselves - the peacekeeper among friends - the one at work always doing the jobs no one else wants - and so on...what i am trying to say, i guess - is: being a slave is for very many their the nature from birtth - then they seek out the BDSM, maybe - D/s - TPE. Hopefully the Master they will end up with - is One that will form what she already is - into someone stronger - prouder and better as a person...You have an expensive car - You will polish it - give it regular check ups etc - to make sure the car will serve You properly  - i can not see why a slave should get any less of a treatment just because she is a slave - submissive - property...alas some seem to think having a slave is a *get out of jail free card* - so they can treat this human being like trash. Get out all Their anger and bad sides - and gleefully get away with it...Let's face it - abuse exists in all layers of society - just happen to be a tad easier to hide it under a name like D/s or TPE. Master calls me slave - His "title" for me - we talk about everything and nothing - i can speak my mind freely - i can protest and explain why i have problems with certain things. What scares me, excites me and so on. He always listen - but the final decision is His to make. i find tremendeous safety in knowing that i can voice my opinions, trusting Him to do what is best -  especially when it is about things i fear at this time...s...it is a journey - and so far i enjoy every single step...

*ducks and waits for harsh words and daggers to come flying*..chuckles..
