ok we all agree that being overweight is unhealthy. Its a known fact and that increases your health risk. That being said, being overweight doesn't make you any less of a person, or any less entitled to feel good about yourself. People smoke, knowing its bad for them. People take drugs and drink alcohol knowing its bad for them. And people continue to be overweight knowing it will be bad for them. I think we got off topic from the OP. Talking about being overweight and public scening. Noone will care how overweight you are. Nooone is going to point at you and laugh. It was very liberating for me to play publicly for the first time. Even though i have had two children, i have stretch marks, and a few extra ripples...i relished the feeling of being that exposed. And after that experience i no longer cared what people thought about me or my body. So take your clothes off, stick your tongue out at those who dare to scoff at you, and enjoy.

well not to say that you wont meet superficial people in real life. Its just that these sites like Alt, and Collarme are stuffed full of them.

True enough, real life tends to scare off most of the people who only want the "fantasy ideal".

May I also add (As an overweight person) that people will only look down on you as fat if you act self concious, which draws attention to your size, as people tend to slouch, hunch their shoulders, etc, when they are uncomfortable. Such "self preservation" gestures are very unflattering to the figure, and make the person in question appear insecure, an easy target for nasty predators.

Try to be confident in who you are; at least pretend to be. It makes a difference, trust me. And if people have a problem with how you look, it's their problem, not yours.

I agree with this post, except for one tiny part, i don't think that "luck" really has anything to do with a person losing weight. I am overweight myself, trying to lose (been trying for years and years!) i don't blame society, i don't blame McDonalds, i don't blame my genes, or my thyroid gland, or my stressful job, etc etc etc....i don't believe that it is anything else other than the fact that i eat more calories/fat than what i burn....plain and simple.

It does,however, really irk me to see those that once they do accomplish their goal of either losing weight, or quiting smoking, or whatever it may be, they somehow feel they are the spokesperson for whatever it was they beat, and make it their life mission to preach to everyone else...ugh!

As far as the OP, don't worry so much about what others may be thinking, the reality is that those whom you might feel are looking down on you for being over weight are probably too busy thinking about what others may think of their bald heads, or they shortness, or their lazy eye, etc....we ALL have imperfections, we ALL have something we are insecure about.....so just have fun, come out and play, life is too short to be sitting in a corner watching others have all the fun.

I think the most important thing to remember is that your Master thinks you're beautiful just the way you are. Trying to be more healthy is a worthy goal but you have to live meanwhile.

it is not the weight that bothers me, but the deformities...my Master accepted me as i am and this helped me a lot to start to indulge myself...i`m not loving my body but i am ok with it...i`d wish for Him to be proud of His asset when He shows myself to the world, this is all

I have fluctuated from 110-190 pounds and too be honest, I always got more positive attention when I was heavier. Right now I am 153 pounds and I am totally in love with myself. I have deadly curves, that can pretty much stop any man in they're tracks. How do I know this? I have been modeling for 2 years in the fetish industry and I am telling you, most men enjoy curves.

Sorry, I read your 1st post then skipped what everyone else wrote. Simple question is this, if something bothers you enough to be self concious about it, why not fix it? I know the answer is not as easy as the question in your mind, but it is. I'm sure at some point over the years you tried a diet of some kind. I'm sure you lost a few pounds or so. Simply said odds are you already know how to lose the weight. Odds are whoever you seek will be happy with you losing the weight and feeling better about yourself. So go ahead and get started on it.

On a side note, I run a weight loss system. I can give you advice and answer questions. Feel free to ask if you need.

Amayos...A very interesting read..Filled with much insight and of course brutal honesty.Of course I also feel that if a submissive is overweight she should never put her life on hold waiting until she looses her weight ,she should still live her life,interract with others while she struggles with this so common problem.Your former submissive should be congratulated on her achievement and if you had anything to do with her success..then you to should be highly commended for assisting her in her struggle as you both celebrated her victories...be well...Tempting.

I was indeed a major component in her weight loss. I enacted a strict system of daily reporting via electronic journal to which she was accountable and monitored in between real-time inspections and training. The intimacy formed and the guided feeling she had by being watched and molded in the process helped her more than any of her previous efforts combined. As I have said of vices not just relating to food, I can't think of any better dynamic of interrelation more suited to handle this root cause head-on than the deeply felt and authentic symbiosis between a Master and his girl.

What makes you think people care about your body ? Isnt what your Dom/mes thinks ? And remember some Doms dont like skinny....Neither my top play partner or my Beloved will play with skinny women ...it doesnt suit eitherof them for different reasons..IDIC after all...

Oh hun. I felt the same way. Then I showed up for something called "meet your match" and the hostess was a bigger woman! Most of the girls there were..and the one girl that was skinny wasn't a snobby sort of skinny just a genuine sweet girl.
It's just nerves..wear something sexy..and definitely wear your favourite pair of panties or bra..even if noone will see them..it will make YOU feel comfortable and sexy.

i fully agree with everything Tempting expressed.

Amayos, a wonderful read. i will add at least the last 3 paragraphs to my daily readings as their point rang very close to home for me. As you have referred to my Master as brilliant for what he has so far led me to overcome, the same would apply to you for what you have done. This is the next area we are focusing on with me, and not an easy one at that.
