I have no idea (at least we don't have to worry about Barbie breast feeding in public). As for Ken I can only guess that if I had no package, I'd never want to take my underwear off too!

Embarrassing? maybe the first couple of times,  but once you realise you cant stop it, its natural and hardwired, you learn to live with it.
However most women learn to deal with embarrassing things after the first childbirth, along with piles, swollen breasts,   waddling, stretch marks, stress incontinence and other issues, ,let alone internals, and pushing out a watermelon with all the attendants surrounding you.being sewn up like a ragdoll, is really fun when people talk to your gaping swollen  bruised torn vagina like its an echo chamber
Embarrassment just doesnt come into it

Dear god, thank you for letting me make it to 40 childless. Thanks, me~

Well, if I ever think I made the wrong decision by remaining childfree, I'll just read this. Repeatedly. Thanks

If I was, I would have said the same thing. But fortunately, the stars had other plans for me.

Why? I mean unless it is literally screaming ((Which I have seen)) Its just a few words on someone else's clothing
Not tryin to bag on you or anything like that, I just dont see the point of caring what other people are doing to themselves?
Unless their shirt is activley hurting people I dont see what the issue is? ((And not hurting their feelings, but actually causing physical damage))

It's annoying to see a giant Fuck You on a shirt. But it crosses the line to offensive when you've got a 8 year old with you.

Offense differs with the sensibilities of those being exposed, true. But healthy societies try to protect their offspring.

Ok, I can see that, to some extent
How harmful is a written word? I would argue that words are only as harmful as their context and the reader(s) allow them to be
And again, in writing we have gone through so much that used to be considered offensive or obscene, but is now commonly used language

My other question in this case would be what exactly are we protecting them from? When we make words forbidden there is a drive in people to use them and I highly doubt that there is an 8 year old alive in this country that has not heard at least 5 of the 7 words Carlin spoke of.

I wouldn't be all that surprised that they also use all 7 of those words when out hanging with their friends.

Exactly
The truth is that you cannot stop language, and you cannot hide words you dont like or dont want you lil ones to see, in fact I really think that just adds to making it fun for them to learn to use those words.

Good gods. 22 pages. I am not reading them all.

I will just say this Americans are stupid. yeppers.. write that down. I said it. Only in America would something so natural as feeding your child be sexualized and turned into a shameful act by a bunch of back woods dumb ass fanatical religious hicks. Well, us and most of the middle east. So I guess we are in good company. *rolls her eyes*

Why the fuck is it that Americans have to sexualize every damn thing?

It is a boob, so what? It is performing it's actual function, that of feeding a child. It is not like some one flashing for fun, or whipping out their trouser trout gosh darn it!

being a just recently breast feeding mom, If I needed to feed the lil booger I whipped it out. I was not about to carry distilled water, formula, bottles and a way to warm them all over town with me. Have boob will carry. Even pumping breast milk the pain that it is... most breast milk gets frozen. It has a very short shelf life otherwise. ( like a week) so you need to keep it frozen on the trip, and some how miraculously have a way of thawing it out instantly- minus a microwave.. they are bad for milk... when ever Jr. gets hungry. Hmm no. You just whip it out. It *is* more healthy for them after all.

My sling Soft made me has a modesty cover so I can cover us up when I whip it out... but I can not tell you how many times that thing has slipped and folks got an eye full if they were looking. Their problem not mine.

What should be covered up is G-Money-Home-Slice and his underware showing with his baggy ass pants sans a belt. It looks like they have a load in their pants.

http://www.llli.org/Law/LawBills.html you can click on your state and see if they have breastfeeding protections in place.

It always amazes me how people can be so ignorant. you can have smoking and ach. ads out in public... there can be violent and disturbing movies tat kids can watch.. but oh no.. better not feed your baby in public!

Bloody wankers.

Gwyn,
Currently holder of the medicated boobs
