Status: offline 		I admit I'm glad it's Friday and work is over. I ended up staying over two hours later to fix a project that I just know someone else fucked up. Once again, the co-worker changed everything on the project AGAIN this morning and drew my boss into the mess about what she wanted. After she left I explained to him what was going on and he just laughed and knew how she can be. Then at the end of the day, the project blew up, broke down and she was panicking for me to fix it because she has already sent the project onto others to use.

I admit I was so very pissed but my boss begged me to fix it for her. Now I KNOW it was working when I gave it to her. So as I'm working on it there are traces of what she did that I could not fix in any way whatsoever. She lost vital parts. So I ended up just trying to patch it the best I could just so I wouldn't be there yet. It works....enough. I will end up having to redo the entire thing on Monday. This throws my other work even further behind than what it was before. I think I'm going to try to get done what I can here at home this weekend just so I can breathe at work.

I admit after Monday I hope I never have to make another project for this lady.
I admit even my boss who I really do like, was getting on my nerves today.
I admit I think I'm just being in a pissy mood.
I admit I was dying for a drink by the time I got home but I was too tired to even make one lol.

Status: offline 		I admit that I am turning 46 on the 12th...probably get my hair layered and then lunch/brunch at a local restaurant. I want a case of diet MD so I can get my caffeine fix for a month...LOL!

I admit that I woke up at 3:30 this morning in pain...2 tramadol and laid back down until false dawn woke me up again. I swear I saw Mom up when I got up earlier.

I admit that I want scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon bits.

I admit that we are taking Mom in to the doctor to get her cast removed...she wants to really walk around the house and get the lawn mowed. I refuse to touch the mower (damn childhood fear).

ETA: While I was cleaning out the storage bins and boxes for my books to bring in, I found my Piers Anthony "Immortals" series...another expense saved. Now if I can just get Mom to read SF and paranormal stuffies...

Status: offline 		I admit boss was bantering a fair bit with me today whilst and after preparing the potato salad, with comments "the gurken water in it tastes just gross" (snort, he likely wouldnt even have realised it if I hadnt told him, so little I put onto it);

followed by saying "eastern german potato salad doesnt taste great, but now i even had to learn that Baden-Wuerttemberger Potato Salad doesnt taste nice either" me just saying "well boss, its cause you didnt give me permission to put my curry onto it ;o)" (cheeky buggar, he ate a lot of it!!!)

Then I served the hot sausages which (of course) bursted apart, so his next line was "you could have done sausage soup instead, me replying:" I so knew something was coming about that" :p

and finishing it off with another colleague saying that the guys ate well, with boss highlighting the fact again "yeah, despite that gurken water onto it" and me just replying "no boss, its BECAUSE this gurken water is on it"

I admit I just love love love working there

I admit that for some reason, if I eat eggs, I get sleepy. Will bring this up with the doctor during my next visit.

Lizard is calling the puppy Loki, regardless of what sex it is. A cross between a wired hair terrier and a chihuahua.

Status: offline 		I admit that my unofficially adopted/foster son got himself into trouble again and I now have a non-officiallly adopted 3 year old grand daughter staying with me.

I admit that I was just trying to brush her long blonde hair before bed and she kept crying out "NO, that's dangerous."
I admit I raised 4 boys, have 2 grandsons and never was very good at the girly girly stuff so, she may have a valid complaint.

I admit he's been here over a week and I still think I'm dreaming. Yes, yes, I know, the honeymoon phase, but the spark is ooo so definitely still there.

I admit I've been sick with migraines, upset stomach, yadda yadda since he's been here, and he's been taking such very good care of me.

I admit he makes sure I take my meds at the right times, that we have supper every night. He loves to cook for me too.

I admit I'm not only in love, but I love him. And he's the same with me. Only 43 yrs it took me to achieve this status. OY VEY!!

Status: offline 		I admit we just got in from the most amazing four days and three nights at the Alaskan Kinky Camp Out!

I admit it was a completely fabulous mini vacation. Good friends, great food, and all of the stuff that makes for fantastic memories.

I admit visiting hot springs for the survivors soak and picnic was a wonderful end to the trip.

I do admit you could play connect the dots with the mosquito bites that are all over everyone but that was the only thing on the down side for the entire excursion. Everything else was so close to perfect that I am still beaming about what a good time we had.
