I admit that I'm hoarse from taking my mom shopping to several stores today. (No, she wasn't wearing her hearing aids.)

I admit that the wind was so strong when I let her out at her apartment building that it ripped her hat off her head and stuff went flying up out of her grocery bags (one of the things was a four pack of toilet paper). My son had to go running down the street trying to catch her stuff before the rain made it too wet, and my minivan rocked as the wind howled inside and blew out other assorted things. It was interesting, like that time I was in Florida, packing our things and loading up our car during a tropical storm.

I admit I'm glad I don't have to wait half an hour to an hour in awful weather like that at a bus stop.

I admit that mom bought her friend a new beta fish. I'm sure the friend's cat thinks the fish tank is the gift that keeps on giving.

I admit that my mom is having a defibrillator installed on the 11th.
I admit she is having two stints installed on the 16th.
I admit I don't know why they just don't do it all while they have her in there.
I further admit my travel plans took a hit, but wot can ya do?
I finally admit I haz sad face on a couple of levels.

I admit I wish the best for everyone and I am happy people are finding their perfect other even if miles apart.
I admit parenting isn't easy and applaud those who continue to support their children and their aspirations as it is the mark of a loving parent.
I admit I am a little rough around the edges but in truth, it's how I show my affection (layers n all). I admit Exiled you give me far too much credit. I pray all goals set are accomplished through time and tide and an opening of hearts and minds. *hugs to both lovers*
I admit I am looking forward to Valentine's day, I used to hate it too SinFix, LOL.
I admit I am gonna be a 50 shades sellout but my curiosity got the better of me, it is one of the hardest parts of me to contain.
I admit I never close doors or miss opportunities unless I know firsthand it is the right decision. I admit sometimes I am far too optimistic in this regard, but glass half full is kind of a nice way to approach things in spite of logic.

I admit that her last heart attack destroyed an artery that they needed to attach one of the pacemaker leads to so it isn't going to work as well as they hoped, but will work for arrest, but not failure.
