I think the one thing that all of us forget is that hatred comes from fear & those who fear that much are crippled & disabled & need some sort of assistance to heal & become more productive members of society.
Such people are only 'dangerous' in the same way that any wounded animal is dangerous -- they cannot discern beneficial authority & leadership through the haze of pain & fear.
Be compassionate ...& if needed, do the humane thing...euthanize 'em.
