That rules out 15 million Americans I guess and  roughly 7.5 million male Americans who could give you great service Lady Pact if You were just a little more patient. Im not blaming You though. You think like many Dommes on this site. It s like show Me the dollars and then we'll talk which is kind of shallow in my humble opinion. But then thats just me. I hope You dont take offence. It s just my two cents. Mileage may vary on this issue. You are entitled though to discriminate against the jobless. It just narrows your options though. And You may well have to settle for a lot less than You desire simply because so many worldwide are having to take cuts left right and centre to their income

I have to laugh reading this folks. Financial status that they want to maintain? Well everybody wants to do that but the harsh reality is that it will be next to impossible to maintain the Financial Status you wish to or dream of because of the reality thats out there. I know its not very popular but the damn economy stupid is going to make any Woman or man's dream of mainitaining a Financial status next to impossible. People need to accept that they will most likely NOT be able to maintain the Financial status they want.

Yes, but for a lot of people, that's precisely why they're reluctant to join their life with the life of someone who's going to be a financial drag. A lot of people look at their financial situation, do the math, and come to the conclusion that linking their future to someone who doesn't bring their share of money into the relationship is a risk they just can't afford to take. I think it's a perfectly valid criteria, for those who decide to make it one.

Im on benefit that is my entitlement . I earned this through working for over a year. I would not have got benefit if I was not entitled to it.

People who are unfortunate not to be working are not a drag. What ladies need to do is lower their standards completley. They will then improve their chances of finding a sub. If you were ever unfortunate to be out of work yourself , You would not consider those not employed to be a drag. Shame on you

I would never want to be involved with someone that is a complete financial drag.

I personally find it rather disturbing to have to support someone that is an adult.  huge difference between someone that is in between jobs or going to school or has taken some time off and someone that has never considered working.

If I were lil' male subby I would skip supporting some domme...looks like quite a few could miss a meal anyways.

Can I get a translator, please?

What I'm reading is I'm on welfare, and entitled to it.  I earned my entitlement to welfare because I worked a whole year?  This can't be right.  Can it?

Wow, a whole year.  That's quite the accomplishment.

Yup, that's pretty much spot on.

Hurry up ladies, this prize won't be on the market for long before some lucky woman snatches him up and leaves the rest of you crying over missing this opportunity!

See, this would be applicable if these ladies were having trouble finding subs.
Somehow I get the feeling that they aren't.

Kevin, I think you misread my post. I'm not saying unemployed people are a drag, I'm saying they can be a financial drag. Big difference. If one partner is bringing income into a relationship and the other isn't, the partner who is living off the other partner's income is a drag on the finances. They're taking out without putting anything back in. That's not a judgment of that person, it's just simple math. And some people who are barely making it as it is, or have other priorities such as children or aging parents to support, can not afford to bring someone into their lives who is going to hurt them financially.

Feeling the way you do is fine, OP. Just make it very clear in your profile and your first communications with a prospective partner, what your needs, qualifications and expectations are. That way you won't waste your/her time.

If you need someone who has a life and career that she doesn't want to give up, and has no need or desire to be financially supported by you, that seems pretty normal to me. Are you taking care to be very clear about this right from the start?

on the flip side, I have been approached by many submissive men, local to me, who wish to as their role as submissive foot the entire bill for all my expenses.

And unless he owns an airplane and a yacht, this submissive fantasy is just as unrealistic as a castration fantasy.

If he was worth what he said he was worth, he could have afforded this.

However, I would have felt cheap. I'm way too self-sufficient to have a man "foot the bill" for me.

Nice one Kevin. I might try that next time I'm down the local supermarket. I won't be shoplifting of course, just 'sampling' a few products. I mean that's why they're out on display, isn't it?

No you are not wrong to feel the way you do. Those who want a sub to support them are not wrong to feel the way THEY do either. You want what you want, they want what they want.  To each his own.

It's ok, he's entitled to it after working for a year.

That's a good question.
