I know plenty of Dominants who enjoy a hairy woman. I know a lot who prefer shaved. When I was discussing the possibility with Santa he looked at me like I'd grown 3 more heads. To his way of thinking, a hairy pussy meant he was with an adult woman and that's the way he wanted her.

Well I'm one male and Dom who finds bare pussy a great turnoff. Seems reasonable there must be others....

But for any sub I own, I'll be just as insistent on a neat "landing strip" down below - which I find incredibly sexy on women.

You might also wanna consider that a D/s relationship dynamic *IS* control oriented and that the Dom/me makes the rules for the sub to follow. Most will discuss any reservations a sub might have and even allow the odd compromise if it's causing unnecessary stress etc. But shaving (or not) is hardly asking for something permanent like a tattoo, for eg.

If doing what you're told is that big a deal for you, perhaps you might reconsider what calling yourself 'submissive' means. Your profile states you wanna be owned - that means doing what your owner wants.

Thanks for all the advice. Nice to know so many caring people here who take the time to explain things so us newbies can understand better.
Some women are gifted with just a small tuff so easy to shave it off.
Me I have it from thigh to thigh...alotta work keeping that off.

I will for sure ask a prospective Dom what is his preference so we dont waste each other's time.

Same here OP...and when men or women say "clean shaven at all times" do they realize it grows in hours..I mean hours..??

In my experience I've run into it more often than not that a Dom wants his woman to be shaved completely. My Dom set that out as a requirement early on in our relationship but I had some trouble with it so he's changed things up to accept a close trim. We do a lot of physical activities together like bike riding and I work out every day....that area is subject to a lot of friction and sweat. Not a good match with shaving. I had an ongoing rash that just looked awful and I couldn't get rid of it. He suggested keeping it trimmed very short and things have been fine since.

I first thought this too, but I later realized how very common it is and in most men I have run across it is nothing at all like that. Also, keep in mind that it has a long history in sexual slavery. Harem slaves in the Ottoman Empire were also required to be hairless.

When I first got together with my owner, he said he wanted me completely shaved and I was as against it as you seem to be, kinkygal. The prepubescent girl comparisons were definitely on my mind. I told him I hated the idea and he compromised for a very neat, trimmed look and stopped mentioning shaving. The funny thing is, I knew he'd prefer me shaved and the fact that he stopped mentioning it seemed so sweet and a few months later, without him asking, I shaved everything . . . and having done that, I can't imagine ever going back. I was shocked at how much I liked the look and especially the feel. Being touched down there definitely feels more intense now, especially in terms of temperature (I can feel the heat of his hand much better now).

My point isn't to argue for shaving, but to say 1) some doms are willing to compromise and 2) you might end up changing your mind.

My partner hates fully shaved. I have left a shortly trimmed runway strip and he's happy with that.
Funnily enough my ex partner hated fully shaved too and so its a case of mix and match.

As far as asking my guy to trim, I do. Just as he doesn't want to get hair in his mouth, I don't want to get hair in mine and I think thats a perfectly reasonable request. Just tell him his dick looks bigger with it trimmed

Edited to say; I have seen some women with big labias fully shaved and they remind me of chickens with their heads chopped off. I don't think thats a good look.

Heck I don't even like a man to go down on me and I enjoy keeping shaved. In some cases I believe it to be the Dom having control over you and how you keep your body.
