One thing I have not seen discussed (there's a lot of pages so maybe I missed it) is the one thing I really loved but am no longer able to experience.... hair pulling!

Before I shaved, and long ago, I had a partner who would grab my pubic hair and pull and pull hard. I don't know why but I loved it! Why shaved?.. Because body hair is... unpleasant, in every way. (Especially around the genitalia) -- Also it can get in the way of certain restraints/rope/string/toys/etc., depending on the situation in question.

Although I do think it's a little unreasonable to ask someone to shave if you aren't going to also shave yourself -- Personally I keep my body hair shaved, and would want someone I was in a relationship with to do the same.

If you don't like to be shaved / don't want to, then I would find someone who is fine with that... There are definitely people out there; It's just a preference one way or the other. I would say, though, that wanting someone to be shaved has nothing to do with wanting someone who hasn't reached puberty in almost all cases, and more to do with the fact that the people that prefer shaved just don't like bodily hair.

I think it is a personal preference between a Don & sub. I have had subs that were shaved and other that were not. I will say that shaven, makes the lips more accessible, don’t want to get the hair caught in any clamps. One lady I was seeing who was adamant about not shaving, I shaved her as punishment.

There's another benefit to keeping it trimmed rather than shaved - if you decide to trim a bit more than usual, your partner will notice. Guys may not realize you've gotten a new haircut for weeks, but show a little more skin and he can't wait to try out the new landscape..
