It would have no effect whatsoever if he keeps Dominant attitude while doing this. If this is his fetish, he has the right to order his submissive to please him by satisfying his fetishes. If the D/s dynamic is established strongly enough this wouldn't have any effect on dynamic. In this his submissive would be much like service top.
She might think that he is weird and lose some respect for him, but this will happen only if his attitude stops being dominant. If he does it with the confidence and strength his dominance shouldn't come into question.
Also - it depends on if he will offer an explanation and what explanation he will offer for such behavior.
