I would love to see the photo of any woman that would be willing to be seen with wilbur......I am willing to bet she is hideous.
I resent the implication that me or one of my other hideous sisters would be seen with him.

Thats another bet Id take from DG if I thought he had more than 2 cents to his name.
You already took a bet from him?

mnottertail -> RE: Racial Bias At The Justice Department (7/8/2010 2:30:49 PM)

but that is the uncertainty principle, there is no more to it than that.  there is no other, you cannot know position and momentum accurately, you can either know position accurately, or momentum accurately. once a door is opened wide it also covers up whats behind it.

and this explains the slit experiment really, can you see how?

but there is no racial bias in these facts, so I don't get it.

The more precisely the position is determined, the less precisely the momentum is known in this instant, and vice versa.
--Heisenberg, uncertainty paper, 1927

This is a succinct statement of the "uncertainty relation" between the position and the momentum (mass times velocity) of a subatomic particle, such as an electron. This relation has profound implications for such fundamental notions as causality and the determination of the future behavior of an atomic particle.

That is Heisnberg, not another source commenting on it.

I'll get back you to in the other.

correct..that was his initial formulation. However, after working with Bohr he understood its implications better and he himself said :

"Actually, at every moment the electron has only an inaccurate position and an inaccurate velocity, and between these two inaccuracies there is this uncertainty relation" (emphasis mine)

Heisnberg hated black folks.

which leads to the conclusion that we cannot measure them in the sacred sense of the word accurately becuse our observations affect hem, still no racial bias.

It is now, it was not at the time.

As for positions, why don't you tell me again about supply side economics and job creation.

Or explain some physics for me.

You are a sad, sad man

Supply side: Heres several articles supply side success

None of them are about any successful application of supply isde theory.

This is really very simple. The Laffer curve theory postulates that a tax cut should, if rates are high enough, result in more tax revenue immediately following the cut. To prove it all that has to occur is for a such a tax cut to actually have happened. It has never happened and Milton Friedman's Permanent Income hypothesis correctly predicts that it won't.

No, I told Jefff that for 10:1 Id take DG off of ignore and take that bet.

No dear, that is the strawman version of the Laffer curve, the same myth you tried to perpetuate the last time you blew this discussion. The Laffer curve only says that there are points on the taxation curve where a reduction in rates will result in less of a reduction in taxes than applying the lower rate to current economic activity. It never says that there is definitely a point where a decrease results in more revenue.

However Jefff's original proposition wasnt even about the Laffer curve. The claim was something like tax cuts dont result in increases in jobs..ie economic activity. That fact is EVERY tax cut in recent history has been followed by increased economic activity.

The easiest way to see that is here:

see the graph

What the graph shows is that revenues as a % of GDP have remained flat, despite steadily decreasing marginal tax rates. The only way that can happen is if there is increased economic activity to offset the lower tax rates.

DomKen -> RE: Racial Bias At The Justice Department (7/8/2010 9:26:48 PM)

Bullshit. The entirety of the claim has always been that tax cuts are justifiable because they will shortly result in more tax income and therefore are deficit neutral, at least. This is another way we know the Laffer Curve is fiction. Applications of this theory result in booming deficits, see 1981 to 1992 and 2001 to 2009.

Graph has no source data and is from the hoover institute. Please present unbiased sources that show their data.

Im not repeating the other thread here. I proved you wrong then and youre wrong now. Anyone who is interested, google laffer strawman.

And take your ad hominen bullshit and shove it up your ass. You havent a shred of basis for claiming that the data is suspect. The data is there at BLS and IRS. You want to waste your time repeating their work feel free. Meanwhile you demonstrate once againt that you have the intellectual integrity and capacity of a Kendoll.

You can't be certain that he did.

AsmodaisSin -> RE: Racial Bias At The Justice Department (7/9/2010 7:02:44 AM)

I don't understand why they dropped the case.  Perhaps that makes me a racist, because I refuse to walk a mile in a black man's shoes, who feels it is necessary to spew "cracker-hating garbage" from his mouth.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mN67KJdd6Mw

(Now, if this link does not fall under proper news, I'll attempt to find another version of it that is acceptable, but I won't make promises.  The stuff after the Fox commentary is from the National Geographic Channel).

They should have been prosecuted, plain and simple..

So where did you get your law degree from to know what went into the decision not to? Was evidence collected properly, do the witnesses have credibility, in short can they make a case.... you are not a lawyer intimate with this case, stop playing one online

You dont need a law degree. They were convicted, all that was to be decided was the punishment. Then DOJ pulled the rug out from under the victorious prosecution.

Thank you for that plain, simple, and irrefutable FACT. What our milato racist POTUS's black racist AG's racist DOJ effectively did was pardon two black racist thugs who were fairly and justly convicted FELONS.

Of course, plain, simple, and irrefuteable FACTS don't matter to liberturds.

Those performances were designed to elicit a certain kind of reaction from people. They were supposed to scare normal folks and put them off.And you followed the program as they hoped.

Same thing goes for this group-o-kooks... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8fUhHmwPxsY Go to 222 to see that this group o kooks has no more credibility as the other group o kooks.

And http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b3PyoUPcobA&feature=related These jerks trample Americans flags too. These people want to disgust and repel us with their overt hate and extremism.

What we shouldn`t do is fall victim to fear ourselves, giving these ass-hats both black and white, power they don`t deserve.

We also shouldn`t be influenced by another set of racists with an agenda, to believe that the DOJ has a racial bias in favor of blacks. That is also extreme and designed to elicit a certain kind of reaction.

I dare anyone to ask a "new black panther party" member what they think about President Obama or the AG.It won`t be complimentary.[:D]

To the board:

I haven`t seen any evidence that the DOJ`s decision to drop the case was racially motivated.

Just saying so, isn`t evidence.

I see plenty of evidence of making shit up and race baiting, tho. And lots of scary/sexy images/stories of angry black folks meant to make smoke, not light.
