It's all going to be different - dependent on you and her, but I'd start her training by having her start doing things herSELF.

For example, a girl I was training only masturbated once every other day. I gave her instructions to start masturbating every day to my picture. Over a month or so I got her up to twice a day, then three times, and eventually FIVE - she was then conditioned to crave orgasm.
