The fact that nothing has come of it despite what is it three years without any  proof otherwise that his BC is real, means there is no legitimate question,

Typical Lucy illogic. It can mean any number of things, including the actual circumstances, which is that, for whatever reason, resolution of the issue is either being blocked or simply is not possible (perhaps the actual BC was lost in a fire, who knows.) Both raise legitimate questions. So yes, you are the mental midget.

So, who was Dutch Reagan?

Full disclosure? Do you want your birth certificate available to everyone? If he makes his available to each state, that should be sufficient.

If Obama had made his original long-form "Certificate of Live Birth" available to the Chairman of the Democratic Party of Hawaii so the latter could verify the former's eligibility for office according to the U.S. Constitution as required by Hawaii law in order to be on Hawaii's ballot that would have been sufficient. He didn't.

truckinslave -> RE: Birther News (3/8/2011 10:29:49 AM)

I think you meant "Birth Certificate"

And that alone does not settle it for me. That alone, imo, proves citizenship.

NBC may require something more, and I believe it does.

Oh I love fishing willbur, I knew someone would catch it, but not in the right way as usual, numbnuts...
of course you would say that, the fact that no excuse such as fire has come up, adds more credence to the one being shown, is the one that needs to be shown.

Because no other President ever had such a dark complexion would be my guess.
(God only knows what they'd whining about if Hilary had got the nomination...)

Actually, the only reason Obama is going through this is because he is a Democrat.  The people on the right side of the aisle are simply using any means available to try to discredit him, and this is one of the things they have latched onto to try to achieve their goal.  If Obama was a Republican president you would not be hearing anything at all from these people.  It wasn't too long ago that a lot of right-wingers were actually wanting to change the laws so that Arnold could run for president weren't they?  It seems that the sanctity of being a "natural born citizen" is only important to them when it suits their needs.

Bullshit. Demoncraps challenged McCain's eligibilty in 2000, and again in 2008 several months before the first person challenged Obama's eligibility...and that person was a long-time Democrat! Your ignorance at best, hypocrisy at worst is showing!

So you don't have a source, and can't even name a name, then.
Thought so.

So you can't Google it yourself and, therefore, can't refute it.
Thought so.

Moonhead -> RE: Birther News (3/8/2011 10:43:41 AM)

You haven't provided the name of the Democrat who was supposedly making these allegations. What's to google?
Put up or shut up.
(And btw: until you can provide some evidence that you're not talking out of your arse, nothing you say needs refuting. If you're going to make claims, then the onus of proof is on you, not me.)

I can become a citizen of the US, doesnt mean I can say I was born here, there s this test ya see and a procedure to go thru... I can even get a US passport... but Im still English.
who is the moron?
where is his real birth certificate, why cant you find it, why cant you find prooof  that he was born else where.

Your lot are pretty bloody pathetic at finding a scrap of alternate "evidence"

You, or anyone else, can indeed become a citizen of the US via legal procedure...then you could even get a US passport...even though you're still English...but that indeed doesn't mean you can say you were born here or that you are eligible to serve as POTUS.
Moron.
Where is his real birth certificate indeed...why has he done everything in his power to keep it hidden...what would it show, that he was born elsewhere?

Your lot are damned good at obfuscating the fact that there's not one shred of prima-facie evidence that he was born in Hawaii.

None of your sites are relevant.

Various people have said that 0bama0 has a Birth Certificate on file in Hawaii. No one has produced it. Yje current Gov of Hawaii- a Dim- has said he can't find it.

No Hawaii official has verified the Certificate of Live Birth posted online.
Wrap your head around one simple fact, rml:

Hawaii produces two separate and distinct documents, each with different prerequisites: a Certificate of Live Birth, and a Birth Certificate.

Then you won't sound so ill-informed.

It's not relevant that The State of Hawaii has officially affirmed his birth there?

So, what it comes down to is you are going to keep trying this ridiculous argument no matter what proof is shown to you.

yet noone can find anything to even say he is a suspect non citizen, just racism and dumbassery, twattery and douchcanoeing.

And, there could be any other reason?

If you honestly can't think of any other reason to hate a person, than the color of his skin, there is no point in talking to you. Personally I would rather wait until they do something that really pisses me off, but to each his own I guess.[8|]

Is that honestly the only reason you can think of? Do you base every thing you do on the color of the other persons skin? Or are you just parroting the same lines you keep hearing from the other idiots out there?

No, it's more that this eligibility fuss only seems to have kicked off with the election of a mulatto. It's about the only form of attack that Starr and Gringrich didn't use on Clinton, after all. I suppose it's possible that there isn't a racial element to all this nonsense, but it's a lot more likely that there is.

Sorry, but I don't buy it. If billy boy had been born under the same circumstances, they would have been all over it. And we would still be hearing the bull shit.

But tell me this. If everyone who hates him, hates him because of his color, what does that say about the blacks who hate him?

Please post a quote from any Hawaiian official who has publically verified the authenticity of Obama's "Certification of Live Birth".

"There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record," DOH Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said.

Fukino said she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama's original birth certificate.

"Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures," Fukino said.

Yeah, he was just awarded three purple hearts, a bronze star and a silver star but he needed to produce records to prove what was already publicly accessible information?

We need a definition of "natural born citizen". We do not have one.

So in the absence of that, the guy with the funny skin tone doesn't qualify?

Shut the fuck up, Truck. Seriously. Obama is the legitimate and properly elected President of the United States, and running with this ridiculous line of attack increases the likelihood of him staying that way for two terms.

You're as bad as those useless punks who kept insisting Gore won the 2000 election.

No, in the absence of verification of qualifying in accordance with the U.S. Constitution by the Democratic Party of Hawaii prior to the 2008 election and in the subsequent absence of verification of authenticity of his "Certification of Live Birth" by any official of Hawaii and in the recent inability of the Governor of Hawaii to find any of his vital records the guy who proclaimed "Five days from now we begin fundamentally transforming the United States." does not qualify.

You shut the fuck up. Seriously. Obama's own claim, that his father was a British subject/Kenyan citizen when he (Obama) was born, precludes him from being a "natural born Citizen". PERIOD.

Try checking out the Constitution genius.

http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/7686572/hawaii_gov_neil_abercrombie_makes_obama.html

A celebrity journalist now claims he misspoke when he said last week that Hawaii’s governor told him he was unable to find President Barack Obama’s original birth certificate after a search of state and hospital archives.

Mike Evans told FoxNews.com on Wednesday he was remorseful and embarrassed that he appeared to have given the impression that he had discussed the search for Obama’s birth certificate with Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie.

Evans, who says he has been a close friend of Abercrombie since the 1980s, appeared on Minnesota’s KQRS radio last week and said he’d been told by the governor himself that Obama’s birth certificate was nowhere to be found. Evans told KQRS on Jan. 20:

"Yesterday, talking to Neil's office, Neil says that he searched everywhere using his powers as governor ..... there is no Barack Obama birth certificate in Hawaii. Absolutely no proof at all that he was born in Hawaii."

But that’s no longer Evans’ story.

“Only this I can you tell you is 100 percent fact: that Neil never told me there was no birth certificate,” Evans told Fox News. “I never talked to him.”

Now, can we put this bit of nonsense to rest? Abercrombie cant release the document due to state law. He never said he couldnt find it.
