That's "Stewart" The other spelling was introduced by Mary, to make sure the French got it right -as a nation, they hadn't invented "w's" at that time. And her holdings were assumed by the Hanovers, at her death, not the Windsors... Windsor being a made-up name anyway, for much the same reasons, in 1917. It was felt that, in the middle of World War 1, having a royal family with the name "House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha", might be just the teeniest bit politically incorrect.
