Thanks for the links all Lord help us...I read this The premium-support model would operate similar to the way the Medicare prescription-drug benefit program works today. In my opinion no government program in my lifetime is as ill-conceived as the prescription drug program. It is full of corruption…collusion for drug prices…expensive for benefits received. It takes drug welfare from the needy and hands it over in the fistfuls to insurance companies. Find me anyone who is really sick and likes it… this is a challenge. If this goes through it will be a disaster. Butch

Are we going to keep a strong local national defense, develop home grown alternate fuel sources, and let the rest of the world take care of themselves...It is the only way we can have our cake and eat it too. TARP should have never been passed.... they warned of martial law...if it did not pass. the debt can never ever be paid- that is the whole point... a pound of flesh. Fraudulent debt does not have to be repaid-- and much of this debt IS. China is a scape goat in this whole mess... not entirely innocent but not the boogie man they make it sound like. We print fiat money and buy real oil, and goods with printed money- that has nothing to back it up- and consider that we own 8000 tons of gold in Fort Knox. That does not sound broke to me.
