For purely U.S. Constitution/State's Rights reasons, I hope the SCOTUS slaps Obama's DoJ down.

Obama was born in indonesia to and sent to his grandmother in hawaii, in those days there was no computerized verification of live births and false document could have easily been submitted to schools and other institutions to establish residency. Back then Paper hanging was an uncommonly know skill. Children birth either at home or in hospitals were issued 2 forms of birth records NONE of which have ever been produced.

Document one, the Hospital Certificate of birth that come from the Medical center where the birth is first reported, this contains the footprint and hand print of the baby and is cerimonial in nature and for the parent to keep, As the finger/foot print doesnt change with age, that is verifiable proof of live US borth; NON EXIST or has be revealed.

Document two, the County Registar Office Original Certificate of live birth printed on treasury grade paper, watermarked, microprinted, security thread embedded that looks like money. Only one is issued, copies cannot be produced is considered the primary form of identification; NONE EXIST or has be revealed.

Document three, lastly when the above two cannot be located, an certified reprint of the computerized record from the of the County Registar, printed on standard 10pin microperf paper, sometimes offically watermarked, but typically just stamped or embosed with a country seal. This is considered the your secondary form of identification; It can be easly copied, created forged manuafactured by a skilled artist; THIS is the only document ever to produced the puiblic. In my opinion with out documents one or two, Three canoot be consider 100% verifiable. And that is my two cents.

Any one can also Google articles in which Obama himself says his deportation stats are deceptive because 2/3rds of those counted as "deported" were simply returned back across the border immediately after being caught crossing the border.

Another article about this I found interesting is in the analysis of how the court might go:

The justices are often divided into conservative and liberal camps, with Justice Anthony Kennedy moving between the two.

Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan are considered liberal, and all were appointed by Democratic presidents.

Justices John G. Roberts Jr., Samuel A. Alito Jr., Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas are considered conservative, and were appointed by Republican presidents.

Predictions on how the justices may rule in the federal government's challenge of SB 1070 are all over the board. Some experts predict they will again fall into liberal and conservative camps. Others say this is an issue that transcends political pigeonholes.

One twist in this case is that Kagan has recused herself because she was U.S. solicitor general when the federal government brought the lawsuit against Arizona. That weakens the "liberal" bloc and creates the possibility of a 4-4 tie. In a tie, the lower court ruling halting parts of the law from going into effect stands. But because there is no prevailing side, the ruling does not apply to cases in states outside the 9th Circuit appeals court jurisdiction, such as Alabama.

So, Kennedy might be the swing vote, either to make it 5-3 or 4-4. Alabama's law, which is almost a carbon copy of Arizona's law, is percolating through the 11th Circuit, so if this turns out to be a tie vote, then the Supreme Court will end up with the same issue once again. I don't know if Kagan will recuse herself again, though.
