Zimmerman is also being investigated by the FBI for hate crimes, this is not going to help with that.

I know we waiting for Judge Lester to rule on bail, but there maybe a reason under law Zimmerman may not get it.

You know that has raised a question or two. People are donating money to help with the legal defense, which O'Mara has stated could go as high as $1Million. Regardless of Zimmerman wins or loses he is still responsible for that debt. As pointed out in the recent hearing, they been using the money to pay off bills, like credit cards, is that what the money was intended for?

As we wait for Judge Lester to make a ruling on bail for Zimmerman, here is an update on some of the stuff submitted at the hearing. This on is the medical report O'Mara submitted. First off, as noted at the trial, the medical report was being used by Zimmerman to return to work. The doctor noted the two cuts on Zimmerman head were already healing?????
It really make me wonder if all this talk of Martin bashing Zimmerman head on the pavement was made up. No skull factures, no concussion, two minor cuts that within 24 hours of the incident are healing.....

Makes you think that maybe he got that head injury some place else, a day or two before the shooting. Head injuries don't heal that fast--unless of course they were only scratches.

Popular wisdom but not always true. My son, at 18 fell while playng basketball, was knocked unconcious and broke a tile on the floor, not a mark on him. When 13 he was head to head butted by a full grown ram which afterward kept away from him, again not a mark on him. While yours is not a unreasonable assumption it isn't always true. Remember Zimmerman had a lot of blood on him when the emts arrived.

So, head "injuries" don't always bleed profusely.

However, cuts to the head do.

And we have only seen the pictures of Zimmerman after the EMTs cleaned him up, they said there was a lot of blood. Please don't tell me you are going to go way back to triyng to claim Zimmerman wasn't injured, or that it was the actual injury not the precieved one or the anticipated one that counted.

Head injuries like when your head bounces off a hard surface. Direct correlation between a gym floor and a pavement.

Please note that the EMTs said Zimmerman's head had been banged against a hard surface I think the would be able to tell if it was a day old injury, you can, I can, and they are profesionals.

EMT are very well trained medical persons. However, this is the quote from a Doctor report that O'Mara submited. This Doctor did not think Zimmerman need stiches due to the wounds already starting to heal. Zimmerman saw this Doctor the day after the incident. Also the Doctor noted noted Zimmerman was not dizziness and no blurred vision also Zimmerman head as normal. The EMT also found Zimmerman normal. The EMT testified that Zimmerman was 45% face was covered further it was raining and Zimmerman did not have a hoodie. Also noted Zimmerman was in no acute distress and mood was approiate. Also noted by the Doctor no head trauma and X-Rays were not needed. Zimmerman nose injury was also minior as the report stated not having septal deviation. The Doctor did recommend Zimmerman should see an ENT Doctor but again Zimmerman refused futher treatment.

I have done some research and found some interesting facts, the skull is made up of some 20 bone, Zimmerman head injuries seem to have occured in the parietal bone. It can take as little of 15 psi to fracture a skull, the parietal bone is one of weakest. So my question, with all this, if Martin was bashing Zimmerman head on the concrete just how hard was it?

He coulda knocked his head on the door frame in the rush to get outta his car/truck/ to follow the "bad bad man"
hey just sayin....there seems to be enough "could have" bs goin around.
Head wounds DO bleed profusely, and as the top back part of his head was "injured" it to me... doesnt look like he was bashed on the surface of the ground, maybe the edge of the kerb, but that would/should have been more severe.
