That would assume 34 delegates (If Florida goes to Romney) break and go rouge. I dont see that happening.

In Mississippi on business for a bit, I wouldn't bet on the non racist BS.... Around here when white people have to use the term Black to describe someone....They whisper....(black)... let's hope the South never rises again!

There was one elector that refused to vote in 2000, but they did not cast a faithless vote and did not change the outcome.

Almost half of the states require electors to pledge not to cast a faithless vote. Off the top of my head, I do not know which half those are. That scenario would only work if none of the faithless electors came from pledge states. While I would love to see the 17th amendment repealed, this is not the route to repeal that I would like to see.

I have been there before and in several other Southern states. I have never seen this happen. I am so going to be watching for it.

I look at the Republican celebrations, and can count on the fingers of one hand the number of black faces I see. I look at the Democrat celebrations, and can count on the fingers of one hand the number of white faces I see. No, this election had nothing to do with racial preferences. Nothing at all. No sirree.
