First of all, you cited McDonald's article which in turn cited unreliable sources. She also took quotes out of context. That makes her an unreliable source.

It is a fact that being black makes you more likely to be convicted of a crime. If well sourced studies don't convince you, if you're own experience and common sense don't convince you, if you lack the intellectual honesty to admit the truth... it is because you don't want to admit the truth.

I see no further point in carrying this argument any further. You clearly lack the courage to admit that your preferred vision of America (in which systematic racism doesn't exist) is false. If you ever do find the courage know that admitting the existence of white privilege doesn't make you a bad person (quite the opposite), it simply means you recognize reality and try to act accordingly so as to be part of the solution and not part of the problem.
