I think O'Mara was right on the nose, that if George Zimmerman had been black, he never would have been charged. I can't see how anyone who paid attention to the case could disagree. They didn't just brush the shooting off when the Sanford Police was investigating, they were actually being very thorough, and just didn't have a reason to charge him.

The reason he ended up getting charged, was due to a false narrative put together by Ben Crump, Ryan Julison, etc, that ended up bringing a lot of political pressure...a false narrative that many still believe even after the trial soundly proved it wrong.

Well maybe not this time, but one of these times one of the enlightened people will get an edge in on it and cause a backlash the government will NEVER FORGET. Shit like this happened in other countries y'know, and that is one of the major reasons their governments are alot more responsive to the People even without our much vaunted yet useless Constitution. Different case and evidence though.

In Zimmerman's case, he wasn't going to be charged until political pressure from a false narrative forced the governor to select a special prosecutor to do it. If Zimmerman were black, that political pressure would never have been brought.
