That is a link to a paper some guy wrote. Your claim was that K believes prayer can make ice pretty and unless you can show me a link where he claims that I will have to assume you are lying again.
Either you can't read or you are being intentionally obtuse. Which is it?

Just waiting for you to back up that claim you made. So did you find the link where he said that or are you going to finally admit you were lying again?

I think its ignorance, not religion itself, that is the enemy of progress. Unfortunately a lot of religious dogma will not change based on new evidence. While some could argue new scientific ideas required faith at first, the difference is while science will change based on new evidence, most religion tends to stay the same, only changing for PC.

Then explain to me why Einstein said, "The more I understand about the universe the more convinced I am there is a God." All you've done with your statement is made men doing science your god. Which is simply tragic. The fact is that science will have to conform to the rules of the universe set by god regardless of your politically correct desire. That the people in the church misunderstand God should show you exactly what your vaunted men of science are capable of and keep idiots like Domken from opening his mouth. But, instead you just transfer your blind ignorant faith to climate scientists. Tragic.

Jees you live in a strange and weird world. Why is it so important for you to,project knowledge you don't possess? You do it with such bluster. It's like you're still a child whose mom is proud of you because you're talking even if you spout nonsense. Is that it Domken, you have mother issues?

Quite amazing in that time period a change in an entire population is mainly contributed to one man of religious study, Homid Al Gihagali. What made him so influential above others? Does one wonder where that power came from? Was it a mathematical equation? It appears not at all... How odd.

We were not there. It is particularly peculiar in a time of great advancement that a reverse would take place. Must have been a reason for that.

One can not blame misguided minorities for guided knowledge of the non misguided.
Science and advances have made our life's easier in some ways, more difficult in others. I believe that there is a trade off for everything.
I also believe without God knowledge a man nor woman knows significant boundaries to where something should begin and where something should end. Of course non believers will argue this to the end because they are without IT.
On a very simple intellectual level, which myself I believe in simplicity, pushed to far, beyond the scope of human comprehension, yes math could equal the devil=destruction. Some answers are so simple to some, they miss it. Why? They are to jacked up on their own limited knowledge, that would include geniuses.

I myself like knowledge and the conveniences science has brought. But some scientist need the lid to douse their misguided flame.
Much appreciation to the 15% who have the brilliance to practice not only with their own knowledge but also to practice the higher knowledge.
No mathematical equation needed for that.

Simple. Being called simpleton would be a compliment to me.

Do you have any evidence that einstein actually said this?

The fact is that science will have to conform to the rules of the universe set by god

Assumes facts not in evidence.

Islam has a tradition that every century a man appears to refresh the faith.

Al-Ghazali was the mujaddid who lived right after the Islamic Caliphate had it's first defeats and stopped expanding.

He didn't say that. In fact, he was agnostic.

Perhaps the relationship is inverted, tolerance is easy when you have reason to believe yourself invincible, and advancements in science and technology are often the spoils of war.

Religion is certainly a poor substitute for victory, but couldn't defeat produce much of the same cultural decline all on its own?

In this case, we have history to trump idle speculation.

Not only perhaps not -- but indeed not.

Education truly is dead in this country.

OK . . . the history you were "refuting" with speculation in your post? THAT'S where.

Warning: It will involve reading.

*shudder*

Which empires did not have a collective social freak out when their expansion was halted?

Which empires did not see a decline in cultural progress immediately after?

Which topics are you having trouble sticking to because it was pointed out your claims contradict what actually happened and so you're changing the questions?

My claim is that "What actually happened" didn't occur in a vacuum.

Other empirers, with radically different religious persuasions, suffered very similar fates by very similar patterns.

So I have my answer. It's all of the topics.

By the way, all of the empires, regardless of religious persuasion, also experienced weather patterns.

And when they embraced excessive religiosity in response to the fear that adverse weather patterns produced, it was still an effect and not the cause.

No, it suggests that the Muslim religious culture has halted the scientific activity for 900 years.

Nonsense. Without the Persian Muslims, the middle ages would have completed its destruction of classical knowledge.

I was referring to science in the Muslim world. Experimental science had a new beginning in the West around the 16th or 17th C.
