More class warfare / Marxist rhetoric

Stumping in Detroit, literally one of the few places where candidates allow him to campaign for them

Obama says wealthy don't need another champion

Still popular where the politicians turn prosperity into slum

Can you stand up in front of the class and define what "Marxist Rhetoric" is?

You, of course, don't have the first clue how any of this came about. But there is no question that you, with out anything resembling a clue, will jump in on this with a comment ASAP.

After seeing which poster this was in reply to I have to say I totally agree.

Congratulations on your inability to see the obvious, re the intended for whom the post was in response to.

As for my ability to provide input on the subject of supply and demand, and which begets what, or the relation of real wages to productivity, etc., I can do (and have done, many times) the math on that, and written the required papers on it, to the satisfaction of several university professors.

Given the OP's fall down laughing comedy in calling Hillary "far left," my guess is that any argument against child labor he would consider to be "Marxist Rhetoric."

Can I ask you, what is wrong with class warfare? Isn't it in the spirit of capitalism to compete for your interests?

He means that in the old days, when the lower classes simply stayed in their place, that was "no class warfare."

That they want to enjoy the freedoms afforded them, that's class warfare, and unacceptable. God--what if they vote???!!!

Of course, I seriously doubt he's in the upper classes, given his poor understanding of economy and business, but the right has successfully brainwashed their parrots, by getting them worked up over this or that social "problem" over the years, that they now repeat whatever is fed them, even when it's against their own best interests.

The masters release the talking points; the parrots go to work repeating them, regardless of applicability or relevance, beginning by closing their ears to any and all other points, reason, and argument.

After all -- they're fighting a "war"!

I'm of the impression that they stay in their place today in America considering the transfer of wealth in your country, the fact that a CEOs share of a workers wage has grown from 30 to 300 times, that only about 14% of the population is in unions, that some people work 2 or 3 jobs and still get shit for it and despite that stay smiling, pouring that coffee each day for measly change.

Used to be different America.

Maybe Sanity isn't a capitalist who understands labour dynamics and self interest.
Maybe he's more of a feudalist?

Ah darnit. I can't edit my post. I realise it's a bit dickish talking about people as if they aren't in the room (thread).

Look dude, Sanity. Stop reprinting what those hacks say. Think for yourself. I get people like you, partly. Heck it's probably better to vote for a quasi-real libertarian like Ron Paul in a system so bent. At least then you can keep more of what is "yours".

Now now, don't go projecting your own habits onto others.
