Of course not but neither your or I have been privy to the sort of information that fell into the owners/administrators hands.
If for example, the police were involved in a criminal investigation that led them to evidence on this site and if forensics showed admin to be hiding that evidence by trying to delete or hide certain parts of that evidence that could be seen as complissant.

Well yeah, no one is disputing the possibility of one of the Mods having the evidence which would solve a crime. Anything is possible. It's possible that DeviantlyD has an obsession with my obsession with hills...ain't that right D:-)

But, leaving possibilities aside however remote, all you have at the moment is accusations.

Well, do you not remember the Arpig episode?

It was like the end of the world for some people, but for fuck's sake when was the last time four lesbians turned up living together in a house next door to you?!

I wasn't here when it happened but went back and read the posts at some point and the four lesbians and other characters were quite clearly the invention of someone's over-active mind - it was as clear as day from the start.

Yet, insults from characters who clearly didn't exist caused all hell to break loose.

So, based upon past experience, not convinced there's much more to this than a lot of drama - more chance of it being a kangaroo court than a stakeout by the world's specialists in organised crime as far as I can tell.

No, in lots of courts that would simply be one person's word against another's. With no evidence to substantiate any claim, because it was illegally erased.

I would be paranoid, but every time I see a documentary about them they're sat in a field somewhere, surrounded by barbed wire (which they themselves have constructed - seemingly oblivious to the fact they have erected a concentration camp for themselves, walked through the front gate and have imprisoned themselves without needing any guards to watch over them to keep them there), waiting for the government to come for them.

For as long as their focus is elsewhere, I'm running Scot-free and unconcerned.

NSA is the National Security Administration for the US Government. The have some very sophisticated spying equipment.

'Think "scot" is an old English word for tax or something, rather than having anything to do with our friends to the North.

It was a kind of church tax...................The Germans still have something similar ( Kirken Steuer I believe it is called and spelled).

If you say you are an atheist when you go for a job there, you don't have to pay it....................so you would be 'scot-free' in Brit terms

Even in that case, it is all too common these days for morons to commit crimes, and go online boasting about it or taunting someone with it. Admitting things they would never admit to the police so as not to incriminate themselves. But anything that they post online regarding a crime could be used in court, and often is. But not if its deleted.

Yeah but they would never admit to any of it unless they had something to gain by divulging it. Our common little lives and squabbles wouldn't peak their interest enough. We would never get to see it.
