The thing that amuses me here is how those that think twue-talk or fudd-talk what ever you want to call it is stupid, are being told to lighten up by those who are defending it with as much fervour... I've never come across anyone before that felt the need to defend a joke so badly...

number two....there are two entire pages missing from searchable material....two pages where the majority of the "twue" statements being referred to were made by people

I specifically remember not making the twue posts on that thread because of the person that used the nic twuestofthetwue. I did not want to add to the hindenberg of threads so I did not use that term. Although there were some references to spiwituwality that I did find somewhat funny.

Her fainting comment was pointed at me, and since she alluded to the missing pages I will guess she finds my assertion less than credible... seeing this is nothing but a message board and no one should believe anything they read, it really does not matter to me nor upset me...

Edited to say we should all lighten up and laugh at ourselves and move on... life is too short to take that sewiously

Erin, as you know I have disagreed with several of your opinions on various topics, but I have to applaud you for this one. I agree with you wholeheartedly. In fact, I wasn't even going to open up this thread because I thought it was just another "twue" belittling thread. I was really happy to see that it was not, and that it was in fact just the opposite. My kudos to you (for what it's worth) for making some great points here.

I told myself I was not going to respond further to this thread, but I would just state if I misunderstood whom you were speaking to I apologize for offending you in any way shape or form... I never have had trouble taking responsibility for my words or my actions... and if I misconstrued yours it was not intentional.

Not defensive, just want to make damn well certain that words I never have typed in a snarky way are attributed to me without my stating the truth of the matter, even if I do not think typing "twue" is necessarily a bad thing.
