I have simply taken a break from reading and replying to comments but I will resume. Any questions asked will be answered. I did not anticipate the reaction here. Those of you who knock My marketing skills should think again, yes? lol

Calling someone a liar is a strong statement. My blog is inaccessible to Me and My profile was taken down.

If you would like to inquire with ALT yourselves, I encourage this. Comments can still be left to My old blog.

Many of you have something similar to the disease that is wrong with society. I see that you are all enjoying yourselves, although it is obvious that some of you feel threatened.

The people running Alt suck, and yes, everything they do is aimed at getting money from you. However, I've had a lot easier time finding suitable matches on Alt than here on CollarMe. Alt's search function is a lot better than CM, and there seem to be a lot more members. CollarMe's forums are better, but the search and chat functions suck. Just my opinion, from my experience.

Frankly, I'm astonished that CM has gone this long without a subscriber base.

I tried like hell to literally beg for an address where I could send money (my secretaries having entire access to my credit card files), to no avail.

It's all good...CM is a great site...the supporters of same (whoever's paying our bill) are truly spectacular folks...and I'm damn thankful for them.

I'm with Hardbody. I love you guys on the forums, but to make matches (such as finding my puppydog) Alt has been far more useful. That's just my experience.

I wouldn't come here to find someone. I came here to participate int he forums and share/gain knowledge.

For that CM kicks fuckin ass.

I wouldn't use ALT to find people, either. I find the prospect of trawling through acres of dreck intensely offputting - not to mention refusing point blank to pay the fuckers one brass penny.

I'd rather spend the money going out and finding someone in real life.

Thank you so much...considering I had to wait an hour for my blood pressure to drop and my eyes to uncross before I posted. Evidently I'm not all that worthy of answers either. As you can see she popped back on once and didn't really reply in any way to the ensuing posts. Perhaps none of us are worthy of her peachy little "organization". I can't tell you how hurt I am by that.

Good to hear that you slept soundly. I know I feel safer as well. What would we do without the almighty guardians to protect us all??? Whew!

Fascinating - my very first thought regarding the original poster's post was "and just how do you distinguish yourself from those predators?" followed by "by typing in all caps? nah, that is how they always do the notes in the movies made from magazine clippings." Now, I am not judging, just relating my first impression.

More fascinating yet - my bank rejected the server (of one of the alternative sites that has been mentioned) trying to process my credit card payment, on the grounds that the country of origin of the transaction was super ultra sketchy. I asked the help system if there was an alternate payment method, as some worthwhile acquaintances seemed to be on the site, and I really wanted to give them some money in return for services, but they didn't bother responding.

Ah well, money saved is money earned. The better to be spent on devious toys.

Savanna -- that's already happened and demonstrates what sort of behavior that is habitual from those you mentor. One individual who mentions you in his profile left some juvenile and highly offensive comments last evening. Fortunately, those comments were all deleted by Mod11. Venture a guess as to what sort of impression that makes on your behalf, and on the part of your organization that is supposed to be attractive, welcoming and friendly?
