I don't see what you mean LA. I don't see anyone having their core values shaken here (not even the OP). Can you expand your thesis?

For those of us that feel "called" to submission, these girls cheapen it with their immature attitudes and their better than thou demeanor. i don't consider them submissives at all, just people looking for kink...

They are in the lifestyle for the kink as someone else has stated and that I do not mind, but I hate it when they claim to be something they are not.
****
It seems fairly obvious we have people in this discussion who feel that unless others subscribe to their own versions of being ‘serious submissives’ that they somehow deserve to be treated rudely, called names and put down AND that it somehow cheapens whatever someone else chooses to do.

No one can deny that some posters, including the OP, have expressed some immaturity, name-calling, rudeness and lack of structured disagreements.  However, to respond with that exact same behavior in kind seems to do nothing but say that everyone is in the same pot calling the other side names.

When I was young and stupid... I wanted nothing but young, tender flesh

Now I'm older and, hopefully, not quite so stupid... I've discovered that I actually have a lower age limit I just won't go below, and that limit is constantly creeping upwards.

Don't get me wrong, there are some sweet young things out there. Beautiful inside and out, emotionally mature, mentally stable, relaxed about who they are and what they're looking for. And then there's the other 95% of them that act like spoilt children, have no respect for other people or their ideas and opinions, and generally display the very worst traits of the 'Me Generation'.

Oh gods... I'm turning into my DAD!

This thread should be in the humor section.

Silly.

A polite response indicating a lack of interest should do nicely.  Not all of us OLD doms are contacting all the young girls on here.  Personally, I don't have an interest in submissives of your age.  Just as you aren't interested in someone my age.

Ditto,  I have age requirements just opposite of yours.  I want 35 and older but the young guys still mail me.    Try Collarme's Mail Control  you can pick age requirements etc and those will go directly into a bulk mail account.

~Fast Reply~

After reading this entire thread (yes, i have nothing better to do), i'm a bit confused.

Is the OP submissive? That was the impression i got from her posts. But when i click on teh avatar for her profile, she describes herself as a female Dominant. Has she changed her profile type, or what?

THE HAIR DOESNT GET TOUCHED. It costs more to maintain then any dom is worth.

That just about says it all, no wonder you get responses from wankers when it appears you may well be within their ranks. I dont feel comparing the worth of a Dom with the  cost of maintaining your hair speaks very highly of your opinion of us within this wonderful lifestyle and maybe you should join adult friend finder or something.

Enjoy you day,

Lex

See... doms make the mistake of thinking im new to this lifestyle. I may have been a virgin up until a year ago... but this lifestyle has been with me since like 15? And I made an exception ONCE. He was 40 and looked 25. And its really not about them being older... its about how they read my profile and completely ignore it and mail me. Currently the profile says "I HAVE A BOYFRIEND" which should be clear that IM NOT LOOKING. Why do I get no respect?

~Koukei MonStar~

If your profile says "exceptions rarely made" then it means that you might make an exception for them. Can't blame 'em for trying. If you have an boyfriend, why don't you pull all that qualifying stuff and just say "NO ONE LOOKING FOR MORE THEN FRIENDS NEED APPLY"?

Because it's online, and because people online can do what ever they want and you can't do anything about it but start threads about it or block them. Do not expect anything from people online, respect or otherwise. You'll be largely disapointed when the dimwhits come trollinh.

Dancingjade, your reply speaks volumes about your own insecurities and hangups, you also seem to assume that all Doms are looking for someone as shallow as you appear to be simply because you are under 20. Wrong, give me a sub who is strong and knows herself anyday, be she 19 or 60.

Being young does not equate off the batt to not knowing what you're doing. and neither does age mean you do. I played with a middle aged person who's supposed to be an instructor in bondage, and the way he tied me up caused bruising, massive aches and pains and trouble w/ith my joints for weeks. plus the rope left marks for about 3 days too. And an EMT at a play party told me you never ever tie up a person over a joint. so, reallyplease do be careful of what you're implying about young doms.

Being a sadistic old geezer, I find it all quite funny. I would love to be a fly on the wall when their first Domboy sends them to the ER for sutures due to his lack of experience with a cane or single tail.

As I read all the responses I kept asking myself does this deserve a serious answer or is it all a joke. Plz notice that I'm using larger type so you know which category I'm in. In general there seems to be less courtesy from the younger generation which leads to some of the rude comments. I bet that the majority of the dancers customers are in the "older" category which she doesn't respect and she doesn't realize that these older guys make up a very small % of the older population. The op's comment that no Dom was worth getting her hair messed left me wondering why she was on a D/s site posing as a sub. In the end I just feel sad for both because they are eliminating a large group with much to teach and give to a newbi. Based on their general brattyness I don't think jadedancer or koukei have a clue what a sub/slave is or for that matter what a true Dominant is regardless of age. Maybe the ladies that have met the real thing could explain this to them. A final thought,
I never thought that either girls mouth was big enough for them to get both feet in there.lol

In the lifestyle since 15..."I have a BOYFRIEND"... and your name is Cookie Monster?

Hmm...I think you get the respect you deserve.
