Speaking as someone who has had far too many dealings with insurance companies, I would start going to the chiropractor, visiting the doctor for the back pain, the whole 9 yards. What you have to do in most cases is make what you want look cheaper than the alternative...say a neurosurgeon who is quite sure spine surgery is next up without the reductions. I cannot tell you how much of my daughter's treatment that "isn't covered" is paid for by the insurance companies after pulling such things. Appeal, appeal, appeal but have your facts...you can get quotes on various procedures from the hospitals even.

tho i love huge titties, if a sub of mine felt it was important to have a breast reduction i would help her to do this.
if it was just that she felt they looked srange i would do my best to reassure her, if her back hurt i would suggest yoga and certain other strengthing exercises, but if all that didn't work i would advise her to consult a doctor. U might want to think tho, aqua, if ur willing to give up the attention ur breasts bring u... u don't need to answer that but think about it

breast reductions are generally paid for by insurance companies if it can be documented that they are a medical risk to your health, which apparently aqua, they are to you.

Gee, being ogled by every man at the truck stop, having strangers on CM e-mail me with nothing better to say then "Show me pictures of your tits" and people at parties thinking nothing of coming up to squeeze them. Without permission. Basically - being treated like I'm nothing but a walking pair of tits.

Amazingly, I think I can do without that. I've found that men glorify the attention that they are giving women with large breasts. Sometimes we like it. I'll admit, it's nice to have the bragging rights. But most of the time, it's completely unwanted and borders on sexual harassment. In fact, the only time I do enjoy them is at play parties and other BDSM events. Other times I'm really sick of men treating me like I'm a slut. Yes, it looks like I'm wearing a very low cut shirt - I'm really not. However I've got a lot of clevage and unless I wear a shirt cut up to my neck, it shows. Yes when I bend over they swing. This doesn't give you the right to eye me like a hunk of meat. Yes my shirt is tight. Would you like to why? BECAUSE THE STORES WON'T CARRY ANYTHING IN MY SIZE! Ack. I hope the surgery clears up all your pain problems! I can't imagine having eight+ lb weights attached to my chest. I get annoyed with my breasts and I only have B cups. When I was in high school, I wore a regular bra and a sports bra to keep them out of the way while I played sports But I have the same freaking problem with underwire!

I have cushing's syndrome, which I am treating, and therefore losing weight. My 38-DDD breasts are not... and my back hurts, my neck hurts, my shoulders hurt... and I can't get a reduction because even with a dostor telling me to, my insurance refuses to cover it. They cause breathing problems as well, which is not helped by a 3-inch-wide strap of what feels like NASA worthy elastic and mass amounts of steel pokin into my underarms and breastbone, and chafing my sides.

My aunt had the same issue that Aquatic is having, and couldn't get the reduction. It caused her spine and collarbones to start disentigrating. If your doc says you have good reason to get a reduction, then it is important to take his advice. He is looking at it from not only your pain and trouble, but from the medical perspective of what it could cause later.

Aquatic- If you have it done, I'll send you hugs and ice cream... 'cause that can't possibly be fun. Kudos to Valyraen for standing by you and looking out for your helth, too!

Your profile picture displays your breasts extremely prominitely and you are complaining about getting emails about your breasts??? I can understand getting annoyed in real life if you aren't displaying your breasts, but you are wearing some sort of top without a bra that very clearly and strongly shows your breasts... I'm not sure why you wouldn't expect people to focus on them.

My profile picture is a costume. Which would also be why Valyraen is in garb. Meaning: I would never, ever ever wear something that revealing in every day wear. That particular costume was being worn to a BDSM event where I frequently wear nothing but pasties and a thong. Hence, I wasn't particularly concerned about modesty.

There is a large difference between being oozing sex at a BDSM event where nudity is expected and is the norm, and being ogled at a truck stop and followed out of adult stores by creepy men while wearing t-shirt and jeans.

As for why I use the picture in question... it's still not for your viewing pleasure. It is very specifically chosen because it's the best picture I have of me with my dominant (he's camera-shy and I'm terribly critical of how I look in pictures). With a normal picture of just me up, I was getting too many horny asshole "doms" and "masters". Having a picture that displays him clearly has cut down on that.

So yes... I will show the goods when I or Valyraen chooses. That doesn't mean I have to enjoy other men staring at them in everyday situations.

However, there is a similarity if we are going to compare the situations - namely in neither situation can you control someone elses responses, all you can control is what you do to affect it and about it. Yes it is. Unless you have your profile picture up there just for you to look at a picture of yourself and your dominant it is precisely there for other people to look at it. My response to Azzmaster was not entirely about people contacting me about my breasts. It also talked about being followed around at truck stops and people staring at them. Even still I think it's rude to send "Nice tits can I fuck them?" messages.

I put up a picture so that people can see who I am. The picture in question is, like I said, only chosen because it is a good picture of me and my dominant. I do not intend it for wank fodder. However if someone is coarse enough to use it for such, I really can't stop them.
