My pet peeve in the "online community" more specifically forums, is.....
 
"when submissives choose to do what they want to do, but yet, call it submission, then come to the boards to whine and complain that the dynamic isn't working..."
 
"lawdy, lawdy, poor submissive, mean ole Dom"

When the violin starts my dander goes up.
 
On the flip side, not a double standard, when supposedly Dominants are to be in control of themselves and their submisives, but yet do not reflect it in the forums, most assuredly not showing it in real life.

ok my thing is and i have it bad but let me try at least. it is my writing i am dyslexic . my stucutre of sentence does not always come out right. but i damn well try my best. i had two people i never wrote to tell me out of the blue oh mons is learning disalbe so do not listen or read her post. i was so shocked. then hell who in the world in perfect. i made a mistake with two peolpe i wrote them both and post how sorry i was to make the mistake they expect my replies then some woman comes and writes to me and says ( if you can not understand why is written in front of you reread it again. my reading abities are very excellent but shwe wrote it again. and i am thinking who are these two people? what in tje world do they want so lol that is my thing. i have no problem with someone saying "mons this would help you with your writing or that " i am open but do not be condencing and rude but i wonder who those two were . oh shit the spelling police i am working hard on me . ( now this is only for me my words ) oh oops ,my spelling mistake i feel like a teacher cracked my knuckles with a rulers ouch !!!!!!

That reminds me of another thing that is extremely irritating to me. People that cannot seem to wrap their head around the reality that an activity of any kind such as fisting has absolutely nothing to freaking do with domination and submission UNLESS the people doing the activity “make it” about domination and submission.

They need to write 1,000 sentences and repeat this out loud 1,000 times or until they "Get It".

Next thing you know a dominant will not “be allowed” to get a back rub because it would be “done to them” instead of them “doing it” and as a result it makes them the submissive.

All I can say is… Run with that and let me know how that works out for you!

Status: offline 		I get frustrated by the folks who write about their process as if it is The Process for navigating the big world of D/s.

And, equally as frustrating, are the people who are not well matched with their significant other and make it a point to go on and on, online (as I've never seen this behavior elsewhere) about how they struggle to modify their behavior so that it is correct (usually this involves 'slaves' who don't wish to be just a servant but who have, somehow (bless the internets) ended up with a 'master' who just really wants an invisible servant). Truly, it seems slightly healthier to wait until one finds the right person, rather than becoming the right person for someone unsuited to one's needs.

Thankfully, as I said, I only really ever see this online. Most of the people I know in the 'real world' are happy, healthy and not fooling themselves.

The Horny Net Geeks that can't even SPELL 'bdsm'...

The Attention Seeking Whores that clog up the internet with their "I'm way too good for you sad acts" attitudes...

The Self Important Know Alls with serious Irony Deficiencies who wouldn't recognise a joke if it bit them in the genitals...

The Miserable Old Farts that clog up message boards with complaints about how it all used to be so much better in The Goode Olde Days... oh, wait... that's ME... scratch that last one

My personal pet peeve?

People who think being in BDSM means the rules of grammar and spelling no longer to them. The written word is meant to convey ideas clearly - not serve your ego or prove your subblyness.
