MzMia -> Does anyone else here seek a male wife? (4/10/2007 8:55:52 AM)

I just had a blast posting on our darling Canuplease post, soooooooo I want to continue it.
I am one of these new fangled Female Supremacist Dominants, I so adore Elise Sutton and her ideas.
I also want to point out that FOR ME, I do not consider myself Supremacist over any other human
being except my submissive.  The narrow mindedness and LACK of imagination of many around here, NEVER
ceases to amaze or amuse me, but it is possible to be a Female Supremacist and ONLY be a female supremacist
to YOUR submissive--ONLY.
To me it is a way of being in the relationship, whether I call myself a Female Supremacist, Domina,
Queen, Goddess, Mistress, Lady or the Easter Bunny.

Anyway, I not only seek a male submissive, I seek a male WIFE.  I have always stated this upfront, and you
would be surprised the men that seek and enjoy this concept.  The little subbie I have been talking to for a while,
brings this up often, usually more that I do!  For the men that embrace this idea, it can be a real craving.
He amuses me, he often asks if he can take my last name!
I tell him I don't think this is legally possible.

Anyway, if all goes well, I will eventually have my male "wife".  Since I am divorced I will/would not make it legal
for a couple of years. **Anyone divorced can understand not wanting to make it legal right away**
Regardless if it is legal or not, he will be my "wife" in terms of our relationship.
I think this is so hot and so sexy, it brings sexy back, for me.
Are there any other women here that have or want a male wife, or am I the only one that has always thought I needed
a wife a hell of a lot more than I need a husband?

vonzott -> RE: Does anyone else here seek a male wife? (4/10/2007 9:24:50 AM)

Of *course* it's possible for him to take your last name.  It's more complicated than the "normal" marriage name conversion, but all that has to happen is for him to go to the courts and change his name.  Nothing more complex than that, but there are forms to fill out and other legal junk to go through.  It's not different, really, than deciding that "BTFSKVMN" is too awkward a last name, and changing it to "Jones".

I, too, like the idea of the male wife.  My wife considers me to be "her domestic" and I've worked out my life so that I'm home all day.  I work from home, do the cleaning and - when She thinks She can trust me - I do the cooking.

It's pretty cool!  I've never understood why "some people" complain about being a housewife.  It's VERY rewarding and fulfilling.

BreakHim4Me -> RE: Does anyone else here seek a male wife? (4/10/2007 9:41:03 AM)

Yes, that is exactly what I seek.  I agree....it's hard to imagine what is not appealing about it.  The difficulty, when one is already married, is to turn him into the wife....

SweetDommes -> RE: Does anyone else here seek a male wife? (4/10/2007 9:41:51 AM)

Actually, if it's done at the same time as the wedding, in most places it's no more difficult (unless you care about the looks that people will give you LOL).

If I'm understanding the arrangement correctly, that's exactly what we are looking for.

SunNMoon -> RE: Does anyone else here seek a male wife? (4/10/2007 9:42:54 AM)

(Fast reply)

I really wanted to replay even through I’m a switch. This is pretty much what I was looking for. Even more so a few years ago. I always used to say “My man’s place is in the kitchen baking me a pie.” My ideal is still pretty close to the “male wife” but I don’t think it would work out finically well, with the lifestyle which we desire. But I would like him to take my last name when we get married, I do understand this might not work for career reasons or others; it’s his choice. Our ums will have mine.  I’ve felt this way for years pretty much as long as I’ve dreamed of what married life will be like. This is still pretty hypothetical, but it has been something that I’ve looked for and desire.

I do hope that it is alright I posted here even through I’m not a Mistress.

Thank you for posting, I hope your wife doesn't mind...but your post is making me hot.[:D]

MzMia -> RE: Does anyone else here seek a male wife? (4/10/2007 10:34:25 AM)

LOL, Ms Karen, good luck to you both.  I hope I find my "wife" first! [;)]
A good man belongs on his knees cleaning and off his knees cooking.
LOL, me and my jokes.
To tell you the truth, I was not going to blow my family and the worlds minds.
If he becomes my "wife", I would probably have a private ceremony for that, maybe
you and Ms.Holly can attend!
Seriously, I would love to have a BDSM wedding one day, imagine the possibilities![sm=whip.gif]

I would make him wear a wedding gown with his chastity belt on underneath, and I would also wear a wedding gown.
hell, imagine the reception! [sm=whap.gif]

**I tell you this, the only way I would think of re-marrying again is IF the submissive will become my wife,
I did it the other way, been there, got the ring and T-shirt, won't marry vanilla ever again!** [sm=ugh.gif]

Hello SunNMoon, of course you can post here!!
I think many women secretly dream this, but many are scared to say it.
That is one of the things I love about being a Dominant in this "lifestyle",
you can attempt to make your dreams come true.
By the way, MOST wifes these days WORK outside of the home, dear.
If anyone does not work, unless they are disabled, it will be ME.
In fact, one of the benefits of marrying a younger "WIFE" is he will be working,
long after I retire.
The little one I have my eyes on now, is younger than I, I desire I nice strong
wifey.  That way he can work his day job, than have the energy to come home cook
and maintain the home. [:D]
I can't wait to have my feet up, typing on the computer and say, Honey, bring me some iced tea along
with my lunch, and don't forget to toast the bread![sm=whip.gif]  Or when I am in a fiesty mood---Bitch! bring me
a cold brew and some chips/salsa, immediately![:)]

AAkasha -> RE: Does anyone else here seek a male wife? (4/10/2007 11:21:59 AM)

I have a wife instead of a husband, but I prefer to call him a "stay at home sub."  I have never washed a dish, ironed, done laundry, or went to the grocery store since we got married.  I have never vacuumed, cleaned a bathroom or cooked a meal, including something as simple as cereal at breakfast. I have rarely even filled my own glass.  Spoiled is an understatement.

However, there are sacrifices.  He doesn't have a job so we don't have double income.  I'm not sure how many women are willing/able to give up having a man's income either support them or contribute.   I wouldn't trade it for the world, though.

I think that is wonderful, but in my area both spouses normally work.
My "intended" submissive works say, 6-2:30, I see NO reason he could not
work and take care of the home in a presentable manner.
I enjoy grocery shopping, it is my favorite guilty pleasure.
I am glad you have a relationship that works for you both!

SunNMoon -> RE: Does anyone else here seek a male wife? (4/10/2007 11:52:13 AM)

Hi MzMia,
So true, everyone is working this day and age… all I can hope for is winning the lottery *figures crossed*

I must say that does sound dreamy, I’d love for some one to take care of the home. And the fetching lunch, that would be heaven. Or really someone willing to do the dishes. [:)]
One can dream.

talltxsub -> RE: Does anyone else here seek a male wife? (4/10/2007 11:59:59 AM)

Hopefully it is ok for me to post here.  This is a very desirable situation...but tough to convert from a vanilla marriage to such a one.

As to the legal issue:  Anyone can change their name at any time, so long as it is not done to defraud someone (and yes, I am a lawyer).

I am with you on this one. I did it the vanilla way too and nope, never again! I just got my credit restored a few years ago from the last time, I won't go through that again. I'd rather stay single.

Depends on the state.

In Iowa when we were married there were spaces for both partners to put down a new name or not for after the wedding.  Since there is no legal requirement for anyone to change a name upon marriage, why would it be any more difficult for a man to do that than a woman?

Some states do have laws about an offspring's surname.

Did you mistakenly post in the wrong area, Ross, or are you trying to share something with us?

To MzMia...yes, I would ideally, seek a male wife.  And there is no reason why the name can't be changed.  I know for sure I would not change My name to his...so if I decided we should share a name, it would be the other way 'round.  He would be taking MIne!
