ORIGINAL: Saratov Politely, or you may find your limits faster than planned. I like that answer. I would agree with politely and slowly. I don't think saying test my pain limits as far as you think I can go, or Beat me til I pass out, or don't let the blood stop you would be in your best interest. Getting him angry right before or during a session, NOT a good idea. Make sure you ask at a time you've been very good and not annoying. Avoid saying things like, "Is that all you've got, or You're such a wuss, or Can't you hit harder, or my six year old niece hits harder." They would probably help you find your limits but in a less than pleasant way . On a serious note, merely stating to him that you feel you are ready to go a LITTLE further to start seeing where your limits are but not too far too fast would be a good start. Always remember circulation is a good thing, numbness is bad. You will want those appendages to stay intact. If you are already to the place where blood flows freely from your beatings, um you've probably surpassed the limits healthy for your body.
