I see everything except one thing here, and that is there is very little talk about Dom/Domme couples. It might be a road less traveled , or is there a significant level of interest in that type of relationship within the people who do search for potential mates here. I ask this, because of the few years I have roamed around this place, I have never had a response from someone interested in that particular realm. What might you think?

For the most part, but not every case, the majority of Dom/Domme couples are formed for this reason. Some find it hard to punish, torture, inflict pain on the ones they love. Rather than love or care for a submissive, they would want an equal that would inflict domination with them upon others. The sexual relationship would remain vanilla between the two of them (unless they really like to switch) but be naughty with the subs/slaves they keep on the side. After all, it's easy to fall in love with someone who is as twisted and perverted minded as yourself. Some like to combined forces to see how far they can really go.

I personally know at least two married dom couples and a few married sub couples. It happens a lot, LOL maybe they are too busy with their sub dalliances to post to forums. This topic actually comes up regularly but I usually pass them by because I'm a little too sceptical and cynical of such relationships. But today I'm in a mood, so here's my thoughts.... IMO, there's one of 3 things happening in intimate Dom/Domme relationships. A) One or both switches, despite what title they prefer to carry. B) The relationship isn't monogamous/exclusive; one or more submissives interact with them. C) They're basically a vanilla couple with costume and opera.... Of course I'm totally ignorant of the real dynamic, assuming there is a fouth alternative escaping me.... *Btw, welcome to the Forums. [:)] Now let's see if this topic degenerates into meltdown! lol* Focus.
