I admit that my last visit to Phoenix, was probably my last visit there, ever. I admit the only thing worse than being cheated on days before visiting, and still travelling 2,500 miles with the intent to resolve things, is having the cheater break up with you after they demand understanding. I admit that in retrospect, I was too forgiving, but I don't regret being a forgiving person because it helps me as much as it helps others; and, I'll admit that some people need more forgiving than others, because frankly they have no other coping mechanism. I admit that I pity them less than I would dislike myself, if I became the kind of person who wouldn't reach out with a helping hand. My life is not easy, but their life is clearly worse.
