We dont ask our Masters to be clean shaven do we? We accept them with their overgrown jungle and we still suck them off.
There might be a couple of reasons for this shaving situation. The first being that perhaps the dominant would like you to take the time and prepare yourself where you are focusing on the ritual or making yourself so naked as to not being able to even hide behind pubic hair, or looking/feeling vulnerable. Not just that you look under-aged.
Secondly some women feel that shaved is the only way to go. They prefer it, thinking it sexy. This is from a more societal acceptance and desirability standpoint. Making them seem or feel more feminine. It is rumored that some lesbians of a more rugged nature, often decide that NOT shaving their pubes and pits, provides a more "masculine" demeanor not only in their personal feelings, but also in their physio-psycho-social behavior in interacting with others.
Then there is preference. Some want the hirsute woman (or want to BE said woman). Some want the landscaped look and feel that a trimmed bush is a wonderful thing. Sometimes the times will make that belief happen...there was that time in the late '80s where the half-shaved with the patch on top was the rage. "The Hitler": a completely shaved area save just a tiny patch that looked very infamous. In the '70s, shaving was there but it was not so popular. Teens and young men giggled and marveled at those "beaver grande" pubic areas in awe and wonderment...Muff diving wouldn't have been such a well-known thing with t-shirts and other merchandising without that bush. Of course as bikinis got more tiny, the trimming had to commence shortly thereafter.
Some prefer shaved for the feeling it gives them not only psychologically, but also physiologically. Bare and open to sensation. But getting back to why some dominants insist on a shaved who-ha: that may not be anything more than asserting control. My submissive prefers to keep shaved and I for one will not deny her that. I have had women that didn't shave and I've had where they couldn't go out the door without all body hair gone below the eyelashes.
When you assert control, and if you are considered 'owned' then what He wants, he should get. It can be viewed as a ritual that asserts submission. Sort of like when submissive men are required to shave themselves thereby upsetting the delicate eco-system in the supply and demand ratio at the grocery store of razors since for many it's not just pubes, but chest, back, and in some cases everywhere...just wait for THAT 5 O'clock shadow to come creepin' in!
