Honestly and I do not mean to sound like an ass, but why on earth did you not check that your personalities as well as your kinkswere compatible? I mean you could have atleast asked what kinda TV he likes to watch so that you could at least tell if you liked the same things?

Basic Social interaction 101.

Luckily I have never had this problem with any Mistress I have served cause we all pretty much liked to watch the same stuff and if not as long as Mistress was running her hands through my hair I didn't care if the TV was on, off or on fire.
