Zimmerman clearly demonstrated 'ill-will' in accordance with the charge of 2nd degree murder.

He also lied about preparing himself for a confrontation. He trained in a mixed martial arts gym, AND had college experience in the laws covering self-defense.

If Zimmerman was prepared for all of that, then why did Martin manage to attack and maul him, and why is Zimmerman now facing a trial?

Clearly these events demonstrate that Zimmerman failed disastrously in these respects. He ought to demand his money back from all the pertinent courses he followed.
