IIRC, and I do, I made a recommendation re justice-that is, create it for yourself. Do it the way justice is always earned, with blood, sweat, tears, and sacrifice.
(P.S.-For those keeping score-you've just shifted goalposts again.First the case, then law vs justice, then pervs, now guns)
If the real issue you have with this is that the state of Fla. let a man with, lets be neutral here, a questionable legal history, then get involved, work on changing the CCW laws. I have no problem with that. In fact, I support it. If enough people in this republic agree, then the laws will be changed and that's how it should be (Notes that I live in MD, where it's essentially impossible to get a CCW. My crime scene tech friend works for the State Police-she can't get a CCW here! I'll further note that I don't carry,for the obvious reason that it's illegal and also simply because I have no need or desire too.).
That's democracy in action,the way the process should be.
And I support that. 100%.
Even when I personally disagree with the outcome.
That's part of the price of being a citizen-you take the bad with the good. But that don't mean you stop trying to make the world a better place.

Again you misquote to fit your agenda the word was not "attack" it was "hit" and if Trayvon Martin did hit George Zimmerman first at least the kid got one good punch in before George Zimmerman gunned him down. Oh and not all States allow hunting black teenagers.

I'm not denying that we have a race problem in this country,no sane person will.But how much of it is fostered and festered by political/social/financial reasons,or just flat out to induce fear and have the population turn more and more liberties over to the government?

I suspect most of it is fostered for the personal profit and aggrandizement of those doing it, but I wouldn't deny that there are also people with political agendas who are more than happy to use it to further their ends.

It's been asserted by more than one party that modern Gun Control laws started when the Black panthers started arming themselves. I posted a link to an article some pages back. Not to mention how many civil liberties have been stomped in the largely racist drug war (look, the stats are undeniable. The drug war is a war against the black underclass).
But I was discussing fear as a political tactic in the macro,more than this micro. One can't deny that fear has led to the Patriot Act,which led to prism, and eavesdropping on the internet and drones in American airspace and Guantanamo and all sorts of insanity, to give just one example-that shit was a wild over-reach.
(I kinda have a belief that congress shouldn't be able to pass any laws in the immediate aftermath of a tragedy, short of an act of war of course,kinda a cooling off period for lawmakers.They tend to pass knee jerk wildly reactionary legislation, stuff that's regrettable later)

I dunno.. even tho many people think Canada and the US are the same, they are very wrong.. where I am from we dont have this type of racial discord, riots, protests & shite going on, everyone gets along pretty good, over all.. but Canada also doesnt have 5 guns/person (or whatever the stat is).. and no SYG laws.. no Sheriff (like in AZ) asking for your papers.. education is pretty good across the board.. of course Canada was the end of the underground railroad for those lucky enough to get there & find out it was entirely different there.. I think how different an average black person's life is in Canada (good education, good job, nice home, health care, etc).. compared to an average black person in the US.. I think US blacks have honest & real gripes, quite frankly.. and the past has never been truly righted for them, the inequality in so many areas is blinding, imo.. and I think until it is made right and equal, there will always be racial discord in this country (black Prez or not)..
