I have a question. When being fisted does he actually place his entire fist inside you , as deep as the wrist or is it more like just part of his hand? I'm very curious as I do not want to get torn. Thank you

If he is responsible, you should be fine. Remember that this is a part of your body designed to stretch enough to let a baby pass through (assuming we are talking about vaginal fisting). Patience is key. Your muscles will naturally relax and expand. I recommend that he wear exam gloves (latex, or polyurethane if you're allergic) with a sillicone based lube. Bare-handed you run the risk of his skin absorbing the lube too quickly and then, well... things get complicated. If you are scared and tense, it increases the odds of you getting hurt, though.

As for how far he goes - that's up to you. Some people never relax enough to get all the way to the wrist. It's also subjective depending on how big his hands are!

Fisting yay! I've fisted other women before but never been fisted myself. Had a great guy try at LR this weekend, but wasn't quite able to get past the thumb knuckle and I'm still a bit deliciously sore today. One day!

I have had two children and had an episiotomy with both of them. When I am stretched I always get sore where the scar is, and I am worried about tearing. Thank you for responding and it is very sound advice. It's something I've wanted to try but felt alittle wierd about because I was worried first of tearing and then of becoming to loose. however,it's such an exciting thought that I knew I wanted to give it a try. Having tried it I think it will take time and patience to get very far. As for being sore it is a delicious sore that I throughly enjoy! Thanks all!

When you decide to try it don't feel bad if it does not happen on your first try. The key to fisting is LOTS of lube and go very slowly. It isn't something you just open up your legs for and the fist falls in. i found that rubbing my clit helps and i relax more and open up a little easier.

Make sure your partner is wearing gloves and that his/her nails are covered or cut short, put lots of lube on the hand and on your vagina and go slow. The fist is not actually made until inside but i am sure you or at least your potential partner knows that.

well my former Master tried fisting me the 2 years together and wasnt ever able to complete it but, His fists were 9 1/2 inches across. I never had my kids naturally due to being too narrow as the Dr said. Who would figure since im a big girl...... Good luck in your endeavors

I've done this with a number of subs over the years.

As long as you are patient and use a lot of lube,you are not likely to tear the vagina.

But this is something one works up to over time-don't expect to do it the very first time it's tried-and do NOT force it..

ive had that done a lot in the past by my psychopath ex-husband (not saying that it's psychopathic to be into fisting).....

but eventually, i had prolapsing going on since the supportive muscles were not as strong as they should be..... the prolapsing was a real drag..... caused pain for years......

i had everything surgically corrected and to my joy.... my gyn made me a virgin again...

I have a grade 1 prolapse caused by childbirth - forceps delivery and episiotomy with the first and a tear with the second

I'm going to the gyn soon for an assessment but my doctor seems to think I may not need surgery - yet - just more physiotherapy to help with the minor stress leakage. I guess if you are prone to it, especially when your hormone levels start dropping prior to menopause, too much stretching there could cause any weakness to show up as a prolapse.

Maybe fisting will be out for me

Wow this is a great post... My Master has been dying to fist someone for a long time and I volunteered to let him give it a try on me. We haven't tried yet... he's quite busy, but soon. I'm curious.... those of you who have been fisted, have you ever been able to fist yourself? I've tried and tried, but it seems like my wrist is at the wrong angle to go in properly... We have been fisting for a couple of years now. It took awhile to get her to where she could take my whole hand, but isn't that most of the fun. We also have fisted I hate how that sounds) our sub on a few occasions and it always ends with both of them squirting all over the place followed by a soothing nap. Not something i have tried, but there is a book available that is more of a guide to fisting. It has sketched pics, and heaps of information, techniques, safety issues, aftercare etc.
I cant remember the authors name, but you may be able to find it on a search.
Its called : A Hand In The Bush.

We have that book! It is very informative, but my Master has a very large hand (the author of the book is a lesbian and much of the book seems geared towards folks with smaller hands) and we can't get past the bottom joint of his thumb. I wish we could... I've tried relaxing as much as possible but it's very painful and I guess despite my best efforts I tense up.

<sigh> One day, I hope.....
