Thanks for reminding me. As for your being "as sure as fuck" not about to be burdened by constraints on your leisure, I reckon that rather depends on what you'd choose to do in your leisure... if you have a thing for getting down to your undies, I doubt that the law would constrain you (nor would I want it to), if your thing is stripping naked in front of kids then as sure as fuck you'll have your leisure time constrained - but I guess if you got the manager to have a word with the judge that might help...

Yes there are if's and buts.. but that's because some things are right in some contexts and simply not right in others.

YOU may be talking about stripping 'nekkid', but OSF simply used the word 'undress'. He said nothing about how far the disrobement process would go, about which I suspect he was being deliberately unspecific. My point here is that I'd be quite happy to order any slave of mine to stand up and start stripping, PRECISELY BECAUSE of how youtfhul and numerous the restaurant clientele were. Those would stiffen the test considerably.

Good God man, yes, of course my hands would shoot out and grab her wrists as she unhooked her bra, but I want to see that degree of committment to ME, not to society's laws but MINE.

I dare ANY of you to go to a restaurant this weekend and undress, or make someone else undress. A real restaurant, mind you, with waiters and patrons. I'm willing to lay money on no one taking me up on that, no matter what they insist they'd do on a kinky message board

BTW, it would stiffen the "test" much more if your slave was a teacher and one of the "youthful" clientele of the restaurant was her student. Yep, that would just make parent-teacher night something special!

As I said before, some people enjoy these kinds of "tests", but I am not one of them.

Although for the life of me I cannot see how it is reasonable to assume that "undress" is more likely to mean "strip to your underwear" rather than... erm.... "undress".

Maybe not, but it is a possibility. The thing is that since the whole op is so unclear and lacking details, it's impossible to say for sure. One thing I am positive of is that osf is laughing at the mess he caused.....yet again.

What I think a LOT of people are missing about this whole topic is not that many of us said we WOULD order our slave to do so, only that we would expect them to follow the order IF indeed we ordered it.

If a slave chooses to belong to a master or mistress that would order something like this just for shits and giggles, they obviously chose wrong if they have a problem following the order.

If a woman is not going to take the time to get to know me, know my morals and values, and how those morals and values will affect my ownership of her, then she should not belong to be. This thread, to me, isn't about a specific act, it is about the dynamic between an M type and an s type in a total power exchange relationship. It is about really getting to know one another BEFORE becoming M and s. Not nitpicking a list of 'would you' after the fact.

i think submissives are caught up in a catch 22, I believe that it is more the dominants responsibility to determine the submissives suitability for them as they know where they want the relationship to go.

I dont think it's possible for a submissive to have as clear a vision of the future possible relationship as the dominant, so has one hand tied behind their back so to say.

So the submissive going into a possible new relationship does so on no small amount of faith in the dominant.
